I...don't know who Quote is, but Mega Man is pretty powerful, so I choose him.

The super fighting robot Mega Man. His arsenal of weaponry is absolutely humongous. Even counting that he can't use his robotic animal friends, he still has plenty of tricks up his sleeve.

@@Darker Quote is the main character of the great game known as Cave Story.

 

Anyway, this would be a nice battle to see for sure. It would be actually be pretty close but If I could choose the outcome... I'd say Quote would ultimately win. He has an arsenal that would crush Mega Man pretty damn quick, Especially with the Spur in hand.
