Experimental MLP Board Game Preview

The card you see below took me all afternoon to put together and it is the first preview of a MLP board/card game I have in the works. Don't hold your breath. The game in my head proves increasingly complex by design and maybe it will never see the light of day. None-the-less, I seriously crave some oppinions after finally finishing this very first card.

Are the rules similar to magic and other related TCG?

Guilty, as charged. I have based the design on Magic: the Gathering, but the gameplay is very different.
