Actually, Hasbro would be MORE litigious, being as it's their money being spent, and not the licence-payer's, as with the BBC!

The voice actor posting some fan art doesn't make it canon, yo. pretty sure they're allowed to post fan art on twitter without checking in with the boss every time.
