Anyone tried unconventional ways of writing pony fics?

I mean, I know there is the typical narration type with either 1st or 3rd perspective, simple and neat.

But has anyone ventured outside of the "safe zone" and tried some other type of often strange ways to write pony fics? it's fun and interesting to do so but most people often avoid doing so b/c they might risk losing their readers.

I'm currently writing my fic in this compilation style of narrative, proses, and poetry (like haiku's and such). wonder anyone else is trying those unconventional writing styles.

I've actually always wanted to try that, have a story that starts at the end and works it's way through to the beginning. It'd have to have a unique twist though, like they are acutely aware that time is traveling backwords. It may not even need to be time-backwards, but narrative backwards; have a story where the hero beats the bad guy at the beginning and the story works through the hero's journey from there.

That's sounds cool!

Tho i actually meant literally writing a story normally then just flipping the word order backwards

Like this : End The,Badguy The Defeated He End The In  :derp:

(if this is what you meant sorry  :P )

Also : Depending on how well its written if possible, you could have two outcomes depending on whether the reader reads from the end to beginning or beginning to end  :o

That's a bit fishy because I translated it as "In the end he badguy the defeated, the end."

huh?

Here's a more extreme version: "dne eht , yugdab eht detaefed eh dne eht nI"
