Precisely. I mean, that's how Jim and Selena started out in the movie. Jim had no weapons while Selena was armed with a blade. Neither she nor Mark had any guns on them, so it's only fair we don't start out with guns either. And besides, how did Damonator make these guns in the first place? Where did he get the material for construction? There's a lot of things I don't get. That and I find it a little unrealistic to start out with guns as just civilians. Now, if Damonator were a Special Ops soldier or something like that, I'd let him off.

As far as the guns are concerned, after i think about it the way almost every zombie game and movie has people beating and cutting zombies for awhile before guns even show up. Highschool of the Dead rushed it and everyone became kinda op in.my opinion.

Which is exactly why I wanted everyone here to start without guns. To give us a sense of how vulnerable we are and to give us the urge to use whatever we can find. Wooden planks, trashcans, tools, anything that is a lethal weapon that can be carried, and isn't a gun. I don't plan on making this RP easy. The virus is spreading still, don't forget. Soon all of Equestria will be consumed unless we can find a cure to stop it. A cure that can be transmitted through unicorn magic.

You could say the materials you made for making guns stopped coming in when the infection broke out. Canterlot was completely cut off so as to prevent the infection breaking out of the city.
