ShadowPirateX 600 July 29, 2014 Share July 29, 2014 Do you switch the pc on whenever you get home and stay for hours on the forums? No. I turn on my (blasted) iPad whenever I get home and stay for hours on the forums and on MLP wiki. Do you have other activities that are related to MLP? For example searching for collectibles in shops/on the net, ... Fanfics? Do you meet other bronies? Does my brother count? Do you cancel appointments or don't make appointments when a new episode airs? Nope. I watch episodes on the internet. (Thank you Jonny Manz!) Do you think or daydream about ponies and Ponyville even at work/at school? Nope. I do it a little bit at home, tough. Do you watch every week several episodes or seasons all over again? Nope. Do you get nervous when you can't get on the forums for a week for whatever reason? Nope. Do you prefer being on the forums (or others MLP sites) instead of catching up with real people? I'm kinda in the middle. I like to interact with my family and local friends and I like being on the forums. Sometimes I do both. Are you devastated when a favourite character has a rough time in an episode, did you ever cry? No, but I do feel bad for them. Also, because of Big Mac I tend to say "Eeyup" in real-life. SparklingSwirls 21,555 July 29, 2014 Share July 29, 2014 (edited) 1. Basically. I also tend to have my iPod with me when I'm out, since I love talking to my friends that much. 2. Nope. 3. Not outside the internet. 4-6. No, I don't watch MLP anymore since it no longer interests me. 7. Yes, since that would mean a week without my best friends... Fortunately I can talk with some of them on skype. 8. What? My internet friends don't count as real people? I think they do. :c (seriously though, I'm a lot closer to my friends here than in real life) 9. No, it's just a cartoon so it doesn't matter to me. Basically, MLP itself doesn't have a big influence on my life, but my forum friends do. Edited July 29, 2014 by SparklingSwirls ֍֎֍֎
BayoUni2847 528 July 29, 2014 Share July 29, 2014 I guess the show has taken some influence on my life, but not an insane amount. I enjoy going on the forums everyday and enjoy pony content on the internet.
Stone Cold Applejack 381 July 29, 2014 Share July 29, 2014 (edited) I was wondering how you being a brony/being a fan of the show/the fandom affects you daily life? Some random examples: Do you switch the pc on whenever you get home and stay for hours on the forums? Do you have other activities that are related to MLP? Personally, i'm a big fan, but it doesn't affect my daily life at all. Although I must again I log in several times a day, but usually not for such a long time. I'm not that type of brony. Yeah I'm a big fan but not so big my whole life has to evolve around the show. Edited July 29, 2014 by Lighting Bell TRULY YOURS, YOUR BIGGEST FAN. THIS IS STAN. SystemError514. 86 July 30, 2014 Share July 30, 2014 I usually talk about MLP to my friends, as a joke (Hope not) they said they were going to buy me MLP things for my birthday. "And then I said Oatmeal, are you crazy?" - Pinkie Pie

Nerdy Luigi 2,065 July 30, 2014 Share July 30, 2014 (edited) 1. No. I am more of a gamer than a forum person. But yes, I do come here about 15 minutes everyday or so. I used to be on here for hours, though. 2. Yes, and no. I think about having a larger Twilly collection, but I also think about other sorts of merchandise. 3. I used to go to school with fellow bronies. Over half of them are gone now. 4. I try the best I can to watch an episode when it airs, but I usually can't. I do watch it, though, when it's posted to Dailymotion or occasionally Animeflavor. 5. A LOT. Let me tell you. One of the weirdest dreams I ever had involved Discord, the Mane Six, myself, the Mario Bros., Master Chief, Kirby, and an ice skating rink. 6. Occasionally. I have already watched Dragonshy like 7 times now. It's always on the Hub it seems like. 7. Actually, I am. 8. Yes. But that's really because I'm not a very outgoing person. On the contrary. 9. That's a bit absurd to me. I sometimes pity Twilly when I rewatch "The Ticket Master." I'm going to add something here: It has had a greater influence than this. Much greater. I'm tearing up as I type this. I almost commited suicide a few times over the course of my early brony-dom. I was having a rather rough time in my life. But MLP has saved me. The joy the show brings me is immense. The utopian atmosphere is the greatest thing that has happened to me. *tears up* Oh man, the thought of those days damages me. I think I should stop about here or so, so that I don't cry. Edited July 30, 2014 by Twilly F. Sniper
