request I'd like a custom avatar and banner, but I suck at art...

Hi, I just joined, and I'd like some help creating a banner and/or avatar. 

 

For an avatar, I'd like a cute picture of Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo. That's all really.

 

For a Banner, I'd like Luna, Rainbow Dash, Discord and Derpy, with Luna and Rainbow looking seriously at Discord, with some contempt while Derpy is poking out of a corner. I don't care what color the background is, but I'd like my name noticeable on it. 

 

I will give credit to whoever helps me with this. Thanks, and may Celestia smile on you.

I'd like Discord to have some of the pink chocolate milk clouds on his side(the left), and Luna and Rainbow to be on the right with a moon and rainbow behind them. Also, I'd like it if Derpy looked completely oblivious to the hatred around here.

Do you have a preference for a transparent image or a regular box-shaped one for your avatar?

Ah ok, so what I mean is that some kinds of images on the internet don't have to have a square shape to them per-sey. Some images, like .png files, can look like a floating image on teh webpage without a rectangular border. Like this:

 

 

Other image types (like .jpg files) cannot have a transparent layer and will end up putting a blank background by default. Like this:

Not a problem. So could I get a PM with all the specifications in a nice and tidy list please? It will make things a bit smoother in terms of referring back to things while I'm working.
