I think Bugs wins due to having the best feat, sawing Florida away from the U.S. as well as writing people out of a story. Woody is a close second, able to drill through a giant stone arrow and clear an entire forest in seconds

Yep, I think Bugsy wins this one. Although, there is a difference between what they have done, and what they could do. But who am I to say what they are capable of.

Eh, Woody has some decent feats as well, just not as good as Bugs. Woody is better than Daffy, for example.

Woody is indeed pretty good at breaking the laws of physics with toonforce. Not as well as Bugs who, doesn't even give a damn when he does it, so I feel like Bugs is way too much for the other two.

Woody will give Bugs some problems, though, as insane as he is.

 

Pinkie is just random, she's a silly low physics-breaker.

I'm sorry, but its Bugs Bunny all the way.   Woody comes close to second, but as for Pinkie and I know Pinkie fans will hate me for this, but she is no where near their level of comedy.

Bugs can just jump out of the page and erase Pinkie and Woody. While Woody has made some great feats, the bunny out-breaks him. Pinkie Pie's kind of a "novice" when it comes to the 4th Wall.

Bugs Bunny is my preference over Pinkie this time, maybe because he's such a classic!

And not only is he silly and such, but he's pretty clever too!

He's used to escaping death and such quite a bit!

 

I haven't seen much of Woody Woodpecker, so I can't say.
