request Looking for KH fan that does good computer art.

I'm looking for a Kingdom Hearts fan that can do good computer art, as I would like a picture of three ponies on the Twilight Town Clock Tower eating some Sea-Salt Ice Cream. Basically it is a simple 358/2 Days tower scene. But with horses. The ponies are Vinyl Scratch, Luna, and this little pony here:

That is Moonshine. (Her magic color is purple.) Her cutie mark is a five-pointed star.
