Not much of an opinion on Spain in all honesty. I can say that the idea for a Spanish tortilla has solid potential as an appetizer, or especially reworked into a breakfast dish.

TBH, it's one of the Western European countries that I know the least about. Climatically, I think it would be too warm/hot for me, too.

I've never been to Spain. I've never actually met someone from there either. I don't follow YouTubers from there or anything. So I wouldn't know what to say at the moment.

As a Mexican I've just heard the stories from the spanish conquest. See the statues and leftovers along with the consequences. A lot of ppl are still mad about it even 500 years later even though they don't say much except in certain circumstances.

Ehh would much rather visit other parts of Europe than Spain. I guess Barcelona would be the only place I'd consider visiting because the beach, but even then bleh  . Never seemed appealing.

Spain is a very interesting country. Spain is basically a country made of countries. You have all these different regions that have their own nationalities and their own cultures to an extent. There are the Catalans that most are familiar with, but there are also the Aragonese, the Andalusians, the Galicians (a hamster that some people are familiar with), the Basque and more. All of them have interesting histories that I am semi-familiar with. Right now I am very interested in the old Kingdom of Navarre that was situated at the border between France and Spain where the Basque are primarily located. 

Overall, I think Spain is a pretty nice country~

It was beautiful about two weeks ago. Cold enough to freeze, but I really enjoyed myself, and the food was incredibly fresh. Unfortunately I’m allergic to olives, so eating anything aside from fresh veg was a bit tough. I look forward to going back.
