Beta watched as Stormlight did some amazing flight tricks with Spitfire. It was spectacular watching his beautiful fiancé do all these flight tricks alongside some of the best flyers in Equestria. Beta then went back to reality and returned to decorating.

Thinking, the performance was going to happen after her and Beta exchange their vows and finally get married to each other. She does some somersaults of her own and check on the decorative group.

 

"Hey Beta! You too Pinkie Pie, how's it going with the decorations?" she asked with a curious tone.

 

Her wings were flapping quickly, but slowed them down as she landed.

Beta looks over at Stormlight to answer her question. "Oh the decorations are going fine," he said as he was putting up some confetti over the gazebo part. Pinkie was hanging up some balloons. "It's going terrific. I've got Wonderbolts decorations and everything."

Nodding, Stormy gazes at the gazebo and smiles. "I can't believe it, we're actually getting married tomorrow!" jumping around happily, and almost teared up, but she turned away and added a few more words, "U-Um, alrighty then, if you need me I'll be with the pegasi,"

"Ok Stormy." Beta then proceeds to kiss her and as she flies off, he goes and sets up some more. After about and hour of setting up the most wonderful of weddings, Beta felt tire and decided to sit on one of the nearby benches in the park of the gazebo. And that's just what he did.

After getting the routine perfectly, Storm Light dismissed the Wonderbolts and they leave until tomorrow, that's when they really make a scene. She flies around the park, seeing lots of ponies walking by. In one benches, she sees Beta resting his hooves. She slowly descended down and walked up to him slowly.

 

"Hey, Beta," she said softly.

Beta saw Stormlight trotting up towards him. He got excited to see his fiancé walking up to him. He quickly did some quick ways to clean himself up as she got closer and closer to him. When she got over there, Beta responded to her question. "Hey Stormy. What's up?"

"Oh nothing, just wanted to stay with my handsome fiance before our big day tomorrow. Gosh, where has the time gone? I can still remember the first day we met each other" Stormy chuckles as she fixes her mane and gives Beta a big smile.

 

She slowly sits next to him on the bench and plants a kiss on his cheek.

Suddenly, memories start rushing back into Beta as he remembers the first time he went out on a date with Stormlight. "Ah yes, the first time we ever dated. It was so great. We went out to eat and ended up finding the most beautiful of sights. So nostalgic.

Stormy can't help but nod, they were nostalgic indeed. All that happened before had led to Beta and her getting married.

 

"Yup, those were good times. We've got a bright future ahead of us, and I can't wait to start a new chapter of my life with you," she confessed softly.

 

She slowly puts her wing around him and gives him a warm hug.

Beta proudly accepts this warm hug and gives her both a hug and a kiss in return. "Oh yes, those were indeed some good times In our lives. And we shall soon have even more great times in our lives as soon as we get married." Beta then finished off by giving her another kiss.

As always, Stormy blushed and smiles. She will always remember their first date ever, it would be forever implanted and framed in her mind. It always gave her good vibes of how things turned out that night, even so that she would ever get married with Beta.

 

"After we get married, I don't care what life throws at us, as long as I'm with you, I'm happy."

Beta smiled brightly at this statement that Stormlight said. He knew that they would get through every life challenge together. "That is a great life statement to live by Stormy. I shall live by this life statement too." Beta looked around to see that the wedding has almost been set up.

Storm also saw that the gazebo was almost ready for tomorrow, making her hug Beta happily. She then remembered the wedding cake they ordered in Sugarcube Corner. So she asks Beta,

 

"Hey Beta, want to check up on the wedding cake? I'm itching to know how it looks like!" she asked curiously.

 

She looked at the big clock tower to see what was the time.

Beta then remembered the wedding cake. "Sure, it's a good idea that we go pick up the wedding cake. It might even be done by now," Beta said as he started to walk off to Sugarcube Corner, holding hooves with Stormlight. They walked over to Sugarcube Corner.

As they arrive at Sugarcube Corner, Stormy hesitated on ringing the bell, but she stopped and dinged the bell. It took a few second before she sees the Cakes coming from the kitchen and welcomed her and Beta. She then asks them,

 

"Oh, hello. Is the wedding cake we ordered all ready?" the mare questions.

 

She continued to wonder how it looked like.

The Cakes responded with a smile on their faces. "Why yes, the wedding cake is ready. It was just finished today. It's in the back, hold on let me get it." Mrs. Cake went to the back to grab the wedding cake. "Here it is, one wedding cake fresh and ready to go. She hands Beta the wedding cake.

Storm Light was amazed on how tall a cake can get, but it's a wedding cake of course it was supposed to be like that. The different decorations on each tier was amazing to the eyes. There was the Wonderbolts emblem on the middle, and the top tier had a bride and groom. Both resembled Stormy and Beta, making her smile.

Somehow someway, Beta manages to get the wedding cake all packed up in a box. "All right Stormy, let's take this cake down to the gazebo," Beta said as he started lifting up the heavy cake. Beta and Stormlight walked down to the gazebo and Beta gently placed the cake on a picnic table.

Seeing the gazebo all fully decorated, she could feel the day slowly ticking away. Storm could see Pinkie Pie skipping around feeling proud of her accomplishment and sat down thinking deeply. Stormy chuckles and sits on the picnic table. She daydreams of her walking the aisle to her future husband, Beta, currently being in her own world.

Beta saw that Pinkie even got a minister who is great with weddings.The minister came over to Beta and Stormlight. "Hello there, I will be the minister for this wedding. I see you have got everything set up for this wedding. You guys have probably been to weddings before so you should know what to do."

"I'm sure I know what I'm supposed to do," Storm Light answered to the minister for their wedding. She began getting nervous, that she might not remember what to say or what to do, so she asks politely,

 

"Well, how about a practice wedding right now? So we know how things are going to go tomorrow?"

 

She gives a smile hoping for a yes.

Beta agrees with going and practicing the wedding. They go to the gazebo and start practicing the wedding. Everything was practiced, like the movement the cutie mark crusaders were gonna move into since they've been assigned as the flower fillies and everything else in the wedding.

Stormy carefully walks as the three fillies in front of her skip around closer to the gazebo and she thinks she got the way ot was supposed to go like. She looks at Beta and smiles. Finishing the practice wedding, she flies around humming about how happy she was, gazing up at the sun slowly descending.

 

"Gosh, where has the time gone?" she asks quietly.

Beta looks at Stormlight once again. "I have no idea where the times have gone.

One minute I'm nervous to ask you out on a date and the next minute I'm here the day before our wedding day. It sure has been a fun trek to get to this point in our relationship. Wow.
