"That's unfortunate. About the corpses." Trixie mumbled and reverted back to being a human. "As for the explosion, I'll go check it out and if you need a rest, take it." Trixie advised him. She was about to leave when another gijinka came up. "That's what I was about to find out."

 

After hearing Viral speak through the megaphone, Blake felt his hearing had been rendered useless. He clutched his ears amd tried to force the ringing in them to stop. "That ws a tiny bit loud to me..." Blake spoke in what he hoped was a whisper and not a shouting voice.

"Let's go find out then, the quicker this day is over the better." Damien semi-grumbled. "You are being rude you know?" Shadow said to Damien, "You should at least introduce yourself." "Fine." Damien said quietly to himself and then louder to the gijinka, "I'm Damien by the way." "Happy?" He said to Shadow.

Viral created a make shift podium from some rocks he had lying around and began speaking, his voice a bit clearer and less nasally than usual

 

"Today, we lost a dear friend. Daffodil was brave enough to go to Ribose and try to beat her up. But Ribose cheated with her new pet, a Latios that the dumb Charizard was friends with" Viral said, his face actually rather serious, despite the blatant lies. "I know a lot of you know humans, I knew them. If this is what Ribose does to gjinkas, what will she do to humans?!" Viral rallied, his voice becoming more passionate and returning to its normal tone. "She tosses us in work camps, kills your families, and says she's the good guy? I think we know who the real good guy is" Viral grinned, getting a rousing roar in response

Without a word, he looked around, staying close to Kachina and Nox as everyone approached the centre to hear Viral speak. He listened without much of an expression. "Things are happening already I see..." he spoke quietly to himself, closing his eyes for a moment.

Nox hadn't joined in with the cheer, being rather quiet, but he still agreed with Viral. He heard Bjorn(spying gave you acute ears) and decided to use his position for once. 

 

"You can join up with Ferrous's core. Or you could take up a position with Screamer, our cavalry leader" Nox suggested, feeling stupid as he realized that that was for swift gjinkas, something Bjorn was not. "Forget the last one"

As Viral was making his announcement, bothered Ai and Kirara rolled their eyes simultaneously.

 

"Kirara, where are the others?" Ai asked about their other siblings.

 

"I don't know anything about these "others" you are talking about." Kirara replied. "Now I suggest you be quiet."

 

"But..." Ai started.

 

"I said to be quiet." Kirara said calmly as she applied pressure to Ai's tail, making Ai wince. After Viral was done speaking, she went up to him, bring Ai along behind her. "So, what do you want to do with her?" She asked.

"Okay. Seems like Damien and I are going to check out the explosion. We'lk tell you what we find when we get back." Trixie told William and beckoned for Damien to follow her. "My name isn't important. I think the explosion came from over this way." Trixie remarked.

Noda: Crawling towards the center if camp, he sees Kenji and Ribose. Wheezing, he calls out for Kenji.

"I don't need any friends." Kirara replied to Viral. "And will you please refrain from calling me that?" She added.

 

Viral grabbed her head and seemed to be trying to get into her mind, but she grinned at him. "Yeah, that won't work." She said in a cocky manner as he let go.

 

Kirara applied pressure to Ai's tail again, making her wince. "Watch your mouth." She said. She turned her attention back to Viral. "I'll make use of her and put her to work at the mess hall area." She stated as she began to head towards the chow tent.

 

As Kirara brought her along, Ai saw the two that had caught her previous and stuck her tongue out at Nox and Kachina.

Blake moved away from the tent in an effort to get the ringing out of his ears. It appeared to lessen the more he moved away from it until eventually it disappeared altogether. Shaking his head, he gripped his staff tightly and turned his head in the direction of footsteps. Judging from the footfall, he could tell that they were Kirara's. She was being accompanied by someone else though.

"That is weird with her name, but whatever." Damien thought. He followed the gijinka toward the source of the explosion. "I hope this explosion was just an accident, I do not want to have to fight or do more work today," He thought, and the voices agreed with him.

At the rally, Kachina stayed silent for the most part. She didn't cheer at the end either. She wasn't in it for the fighting and she only really saw Viral's faction as the way to help the most people.

As Ai was levitated past her, Kachina scowled, a bulging vein almost visible on her forehead as Ai stuck her tongue out at her. "And she's getting off lightly with Mess Hall duty, where she'll likely just steal even more food!" She growled. "Ugh... Bjorn, I recommend you go with Ferrous' Heavy Armor corps. That's probably where you can be the most useful."

"Alright then. I'm going to go meditate in the forest. I've had enough excitement for the day." William replied, heading off in to the woods.

 

When he found a suitable clearing, he sat down, and began to plant his roots in the ground, ingraining himself to feel one with the earth. In doing so, he noticed a presence behind a nearby tree. "I can see you there." He said. "You don't appear hostile, yet you are unfamiliar. Speak."

 

"H-hello?" Nyx replied. "Sorry for sneaking up on you, but I had heard an explosion in this direction and I wanted to make sure everyone was alright."

 

William chuckled. "I take it you're not with Viral, as if you were, you probably would have engaged me right now as I'm Ingrained at the moment. And I take it you didn't cause the explosion, as you're in the opposite direction. The question, however, remains. Who are you, and who are you aligned with?"

 

"My name is Nyx, and I choose to stay out of the war." She said. "I only try to help anyone I can, regardless of their affiliation. Hence why I was going to investigate the explosion."

 

"Well, you're a bit late. Not only was there an explosion, there was an avalanche as well that killed at least a dozen people. The explosion is likely already being looked at by the Ribose forces as well. I chose not to investigate myself as I'm tired and needed rest. And you can come and face me now, I'm not going to hurt you."

 

"Thank you." Nyx replied, coming out from her hiding spot behind a nearby tree and sitting on a rock in front of William. "So I told you my name, what's yours?"

 

"William." He stated. "William Phora."

 

"That's a nice name." She said, idly kicking the ground. "Do you mind if I stay here for a bit and meditate with you? Considering you had said you already had people investigating the explosion, I mean."

 

"I don't mind." William replied.

 

"Thanks." Nyx stated, adjusting her position on the rock.

Trixie led Damien to the explosion site silently. Upon arriving, she crouched on the outskirts so that she couldn't be seen by the two gijinkas talking. "You'd better crouch as well. See there? It looks like Ribose is talking with another legendary." Trixie pointed to where she can see them.. "Trixie. My name is Trixie if you were still wondering." Trixie sighed.

Although he was curious as to what Ribose was up to he was wary about getting on her bad side for the third time today. "Trixie I've already gotten into trouble with Ribose today, you were there for the first time, what do you think she'll do if she finds us spying on her?" He whispered to her while slightly moving toward the darker part of the shade near a tree.

Trixie shrugged. "Who knows? Besides, it appears that she's talking to a Latios. Or Latias. Could never tell between the two." Trixie whispered back, not bothering to turn around as she heard his voice get a bit further away. Trying to look closer, she thought she could make out the distinct bright orange of a Charizard gijinka. "A Charizard gijinka? Why is there a Charizard gijinka here? Far as I know, there isn't one in the camp."

"This is weird," Damien whispered back to her, "can you hear what they are talking about? I cannot hear a thing." "This is weird, were they here because of the explosion too? But what about that Charizard gijinka, I have never seen them before," Damien thought to himself.

Trixie shook her head. Staying on the outskirts she went to move in one direction, and then the other. "I can't move around them and at the moment, I'm too weak to become sludge so I can't hear what they're saying." Trixie whispered in frustration. "I don't suppose you can do anything to try and hear what they're saying?" Trixie asked, turning towards him.

"Maybe.." Damien said spotting a piece of shade almost pitch black near where they were standing. "I'm going to try to go over there," he said pointing to the shady spot, "you better not ditch me, I'm not the kind of person to.....forgive."

 

Damien went as translucent as possible and silently made his way over to the shady spot, once there he remained translucent even though no one could probably see him in the darkness, he couldn't be too careful.

"Ferrous? The big metallic guy who were with Viral? Sure. Thank you." he said, giving them both a nod before he went over to where Ferrous apparently was.

"I was told I could be of use here... Have I come to the right place?" he asked the metal giant, not sure if he was right to even ask.

"Test" Ferrous grunted, swinging his tree trunk sized arm at Bjorn with only a little restraint. It'd still put most in the hospital. Ferrous was short and simple to the point. If someone was still standing after his swing, they joined. If not, they'd get medical care and probably be crippled

As Kirara was taking Ai to the mess hall, she was stopped by someone asking her a question. "Oh hello Blake. The one behind me is the one responsible for setting off the explosives in Viral's tent. I am bringing her to the mess hall to do some labor." She replied to Blake.

 

"C'mon Kirara, lemme go." Ai pouted as she mixed her own psychic with Kirara's and started slowly doing spins in the air.

"Explosives .... that was you?" Blake asked without turning his head from Kirara and gently tapped the gijinka he felt spinning the air with a vine. "Let me guess. Viral said for her to work in the mess hall?" Blake questioned and leaned on his staff. It seemed lik an unsuitable punishment but since, he hoped, it was Viral giving it out, she was let off lightly.

He appeared a little surprised at the sudden test, but he managed to brace himself. Holding up his arms, he softened the swing just a little bit before sliding back about a metre as it made contact. He stood still with his arms up for a couple of seconds, seeming a little dazed by the force before removing them.

"Did I pass?" he said, as he begun beating on one of his arms to straighten out a huge dent in what armour he had on his arms - at least as much as he could without taking it off.
