request EXPERINCED 2D ANIMATORS WANTED!

Hello there my little bronies and pegasisters! Is anypony here a skilled 2D animator who will work for free? Or a low budget? My friend and I are thinking about animating his fanfiction that he is writing. We do need voices for characters to, but mostly animators, because nor he or I are capable of animation. So if somepony could lend a helping hoof and help two fellow bronies out, that would be great!
