MLP tattoo opinion :P

So i have decided to get my two favorite characters cutie marks on my wrists in a tribal style. 

 

Heres Rainbow Dash's:

 

 

and next week I'm going to be getting Fluttershy's:

 

 

Here are essentially the reasons why i got an MLP tattoo:

1: MLP helped me out during a very depressing, suicidal time of my life

2: In my opinion you dont see people (some not all) who are either kind or loyal, and Rainbows loyalty, and Fluttershys kindness describe me as a person

3: If it werent for MLP i doubt i would be typing this. I know that it sounds cheesy but because of MLP it has a special place in my heart, and i appreciate the values of the show.

If it has personal meaning to you then I say all the power to you man. Although I do like how it is a bit more subtle than the other FiM tattoos I have seen.

As long as you have reasons that sticks to your personal feelings, go on. Some people just get tattoos for fun, and then regret it. If it's not your case, it's all right.

I have a tattoo of a cross. I have thought about and wanted a Lion King tattoo for years, but never got one. And, I agree that tattoos should convey what's important to you.

Oh for sure they represent whats important to me. My other two tattoos are my lil sisters initials (she passed at birth) and the ending of the our father. All my tattoos have meaning

I'm glad to see that someone actually has tattoos with meaning. Most tattoos you see nowadays are just white trash or something that the person with the tattoo will regret later.

But I highly doubt I'd ever get one. I'm too much of a baby when it comes to pain and I don't think I could stand to have not perfect skin.

Nice tats man. If i could get tattoo's it would be something like that quite honestly. But, I have a bleeding condition called Von Willabrand Disease, which basically means its harder for me to clot when I start bleeding. Most of the reason why I can't give blood either.

 

But, on the other hand, my thresh hold for pain isn't good either. But, I'd probably feel nothing... Cause I would of passed out uncontious the minute I saw the needle. XD

I have thought of doing the same thing but I'm unsure about it I'm thinking of getting one in honor of my uncle on my left arm and have the word police tattooed on my back, I might get Fluttershy's cutie mark on my right arm

Soon as I get out of the military/basic/to the point where they don't care about tattoos anymore, Fluttershy's Cutie Mark goes on my right shoulder above my tricep/bicep, Twi's CM on my left, Celestia on my right shoulder on my back, Luna on my left, the mane six CM in a rune/tribal kind of thing mid back, discord on my right calf, Chrysalis on my left, Sombra on my left rib, and that Minotaur (Tirek? Idk) somewhere. Then the mane six in pony form on my right forearm and human on my left. My martial arts/jiu jitsu/MMA class signia goes on my right ribs, then the dates of loved ones aroun my collarbone and chest. IMMA INK MAH WHOLE BODY!!! /end

I just got out in march, and the new regs are they cannot show while wearing a pt uniform. Tattoos that you already had there prior to enlistment are grandfathered in, but new additions may not be visible when the enlisted personnel is wearing the APFT uniform.

Did you design your own tattoos? Because if you did those, you should do all the mane 6. That style is really neat! The tattoo's I have are plain black so far and it would nice to get a stylized solid color version of an MLP tattoo someday. The problem for me is "which one do I get?"

Oh my goodness! I love your tattoos! I especially love that you've been creative, making them tribal.

I've been a big fan of tattoos ever since I was a kid, dad have always had tattoos all over his arms and legs and I thought that was so cool! So I've been wanting to have one for years and years, but I'm trying to think of something good, that means something to me and that I won't regret in the future. I think that's the most important part. Meaning.

 

Your tattoos DO have a meaning, they symbolize the good part out of a bad life experience. That makes your tattoos worth a lot, at the same time as they're really cool. About one of the coolest MLP tattoos I've seen ever. You should be proud of them.

And he was all like "#ZeroTolerance" an I was all like "Mane, not swag at all" an he was all like "Respect". That's a legit transcription. I recorded it.

Anywho though, tat regs suck. Ah well, my forearms shall be well rested for the application of an ink-stained sharp ass piece of metal to jab into my skin and stain the flesh. Rather morbid, when you think about it.
