apartment should have an abandoned look to it, like nopony's been there in years.  sparse, as if lived in by very low income.  any decore would be zebra-themed, but not as much as at Sakuya's.  basically, Ravage is on a fishing expedition... 

 

 

EDIT:  wait!  just had an idea!  in a side room, should be a VERY secure large trunk.  newer than anything else there.  where the rest of the place looks at least 10 years abandoned, this should have only been there a few years....

still working out details, lol.  just had my idea (edited above post).  trying not to create situation where i'm just telling you what to do.  how about this:  we'll say that ennex stashed that trunk there only a few years prior.  you decide if Ghost is able to get inside it or not.  should take him a while to crack it (which could give Sakuya and Malachi time to get there, lol).  as for what's inside, i can come up with something, or you can improvise it

hmm...  a diary, and perhaps old zebra stuff from her mother.  i like it...

 

oh... i know!  her mother's diary, and old zebra spellbook, with some added notes like 'grand plan' or 'how to use to take over' or something.  like ennex found it and was going to use it for some master scheme or something that ravage nor sakuya knows about...

 

have ghost do whatever with anything he finds there.  only request:  the diary somehow remains for sakuya to find (she doesn't know about the locked trunk)

Ok... Unfortunately (zhat spelling) my old character cards are lost.... Lets try this, an earthpony

 

Dozer, an all hoovworker, at least one head taller than normal ponys. Hes got the name, because he is very buff, kinda like one of thos construction-site worker. Brown as his fur (hope you know what i mean) and a darker brown for his mane. He went from over the ocean to manehatten, to work and earn some money and live the "highlife". But as soon as he arrived, he realized that nothing is that sweet over there. Getting other jobs weekly, kinda forces him to do those kond of works nopony is proud of. Often, theyre illegal, and several times he escapes from police just to do the same thing again.
