Looks pretty good.

Only real point of advice would be that the streaks in her haire should adhere a bit closer to the curvage of the mane.

Not bad. First off, I like your art style. It borders from a cartoon-y look to an anime look. The way you coloured Twilight's coat is neat as well.

 

However, you should try and practice some pony anatomy first. Twilight's muzzle is too long and I would love to see more than just a head shot. Not only that, but you should add a little more detail onto her mane. If you do, her mane would look more realistic.

Thanks! Yeahh, i noticed that her muzzle looked odd, but it was after i had lined it DX. Im actually working on a full body pic of fluttershy, if youd like to see that. Im not really good at bodies, so some advice would really help!
