"What do you mean, what I am doing here..?" Storm replied confused, "This is my house!" He exclaimed, gesturing around at the cloudy environment. "And I'm working on making Chocolate Zucchini Cake!" Storm continued, pointing a hoof to the kitchen counter where he had the ingredients. "Yeah!" Pinkie chipped in, "A better question is why are you here?!?" She said, pointing a hoof accusingly at the pony who had barged into Storm's home. Turning back to Storm for a second, "When is the zucchini cake gonna be done?" She asked cutely, tilting her head with puppy-dog eyes. Storm chuckled and patted her head, "Soon Pinkie..." He said, putting away the ingredients, "As soon as it's out of the oven, and cooled, you can have some" Storm told the pink mare. "YAYS!"

"What am I doing here? Storm said he had the plant here. Secondly, what do you mean 'part human in your aura'?" Skyla said, playing dumb. She wasn't going to let go of her secret to this weird pony that's been following her.

 

"You've been following me all day, it's been weirding me out. Now you're saying I'm 'part human'. Just go away," she blurted out.

"I thought it was clear it what I was doing here. I am here cause you know a connection to the human world and I want you to tell me how I get to the human world... and may I also have a small piece of the cake... please"

 

After a second of silence Eps sighs and looks at the ground.

 

"I know that you don't know why I want to get there, but trust me. I have a good reason why I need to get there."

 

Eps looks back up to the ponies in front of him.

Storm looked at the pony, "You barge into my house, and ask for cake!?!" He asked loudly and pointing a hoof at the other pony, seemingly angry. "Okie Dokie!" He said cheerfully, bouncing over to the oven and pulling the cake out. Putting it onto the counter, he slapped Pinkie's hoof away when she tried to reach for it, "Not yet Pinkie, it's still hot.." He reprimanded the currently pouting pink pony.

Storm held up a hoof, which was engulfed by what seemed to be a wispy blue mist. He touched the hoof to the cake pan, frosting over the section of pan that he touched and quickly cooling the rest of the pan and cake before he snatched his hoof away, the misty aura disappearing. "Yays!" Pinkie cried out happily as Storm cut and gave her a slice, passing out some more to the others. "Here you go, fresh baked chocolate zucchini cake!" Storm told them as he handed the slices of cake out. "Cooled to comfortable warmth!"

Eps sits down in a chair and starts eating his cake like nothing happened. Eps makes a bag appear beside him and pulls out a pack of chocolate milk and a few cups.

Eps pours in the chocolate milk in a cup and drinks the chocolate milk.

 

"Does anyone else also want some?"

Storm waved the offer off, "No thanks, I've got my cider to drink...." He said happily, sipping from the mug. "Mmm~... Yummy cider!" Pinkie chirped, quickly downing three mugs in a row. "Slow down a bit Pinkie, I've got a lot of cider but it isn't infinite..." Storm reminded his excitable marefriend with a chuckle.

"You 2 seem pretty close friends, is it something special? My only wish is that I one day find a girlfr.... I mean Marefriend who fits with me. besides what I am trying to achieve here of course."

Eps already ate all of his cake while the others weren't even halfway.

 

"Sorry if I eat fast, I almost never get to eat things like cake, but I can already tell: This was the most delicious one I have tasted yet."

Skyla couldn't believe they were idly chatting after the weird pony just barged through the door. She knew she wasn't going home anytime soon.

 

"Ugh, I'm going then. I'll see ya later, Storm and Pinkie."

 

She flew out the door without another word. She knew she was probably missing by now back home. She took an indirect route back to the portal.

"Bye Skyla/See you later Skyla!" Pinkie and Storm called, waving goodbye to the female human turned pegasus.

 

turning back to the other pony in the house, Pinkie giggled, "Oh so that's why you want to find that other world place thing, you're a human!" She commented, putting a hoof skyward in revelation after hearing him ready to say girlfriend before he managed to correct himself. Storm shook his head, amused, "Pinkie's my Marefriend, and I'm her Coltfriend..." He told the pony who's name he still hadn't gotten. "And it's no problem, I'm always glad to see other ponies enjoying my work.." Storm continued, handing another slice to the red & black pony. "I don't think we ever got your name though Mr...?"

"Eps, my name is Eps."

 

Eps looks at the ground and yelled: "Shadow!"

 

Eps his Shadow climbed out of the ground and stood beside him.

"Chase her and tell me where the portal is."

 

The Shadow left to follow Skyla.

 

Eps started to tell a story:

"When I was around the 8 years old, I was just playing around in the woods until I saw a bright light. It was some sort of flash that blinded me for a second. After the light dissapered I was in Equestria somehow. I came like an pegasus. I wasn't confused or amazed at all when I came here. It was for me just a amazing new place with a lot to discover, but I didn't want to get lost so I stayed at where I was to find out or someone would find me and bring me home.

 

So I waited... and waited... and waited... When it appeared that no one would come, I tried to look for a way back myself but I couldn't find it. 

 

So there I was, trapped in this world, the first week I had to find a place to go but I couldn't find anywhere to go to.

After the week I just started to wander around through Equestria.

Adventually I ended up in a city and became a street rat. I had to eat food from the trash can becasue I didn't want to steal.

 

One day I heard that Princess Celestia is a very kind pony who always helped people, so I headed for canterlot.

One day at a parade I tried to come close to her but the gaurds thought I was trying to harm her and they locked me up.

I escaped the prison and started to wander around for a long time.

One day I ended up in a old ruin, I had no other place to go so I entered that place. I found a library inside and learned about the arts of the black magic.

At first it was difficult as hell. No one to teach me and only words described what to do. No one who said or I did it right or not.

Adventually I learned to control it, master it and when I was done training I have been trying to find the way home.

I used black magic to erase myself from everyones memories so the gaurds wouldn't come after me anymore. From time to time I worked for a little time.

i didn't want to earn much cause everytime I told myself that I was going to get home soon. 

Days became weeks, weeks became months and months became years,

Never got a step closer but here I am now, closer than ever to get back.

That's why I was after you all and now my Shadow is chasing your friend to find out where the portal is."

"Oh is that all?" Storm asked with a grin, "I could help you home right now, if you want?" He informed Eps. "I mean, Skyla's been searching for this weird Portal thingy, I think it moves around or something since it always seems to be in a different spot... I think? Anyways, I've got something that lets me go back and forth pretty much at will!" Storm said, "Yeah, it's really cool! Though going through is very dizzy and colorful..." Pinkie chipped in, looking up from her cake and cider.

"What!? Are you kidding me? I have been searching for over 10 years and can go back whenever you want?"

 

Eps thinks inhimself: "All this time... that's why I couldn't find it. It never stayed at the same place."

 

Eps makes a yell: "Shadow, come back!"

 

Eps his shadow appeared beside of him and then jumped back to where he belongs.

 

"Well, what are we waiting for? I hope that there hasn't changed to much. Once I am back I am going to... You know... I don't know what to do when I am back... Doesn't matter let's go!"

"Okie Doke!" Storm chirped with a smile, as Pinkie quickly hopped onto his back. "To the other worldy-place-thingy!" He declared, grabbing hold of Eps's arm as a Spiraling Vortex engulfed the three ponies. "Wheee~!/Wooohooo~!" Storm and Pinkie cheered as they fell through the tunnel of swirling colors, changing as they went. "Oof!" Storm let out as he landed on the floor of his apartment, Pinkie landing on his stomach a moment later. "Sorry Stormy..." She apologized, helping him to his feet.

Eps fell beside of them with his eyes closed. Slowly he opens his eyes and sees that he has hands instead of hooves.

 

"Can it be...?"

 

Eps tries to sit up straight.

"Please tell me that I am not dreaming"

 

Slowly Eps tries to stand up.

A long coat fell down when he stood up. Wearing a black shirt with lightning on the sides and two lightning bolts that run over his chest, pointing at his heart.

Once Eps finally stood up, he couldn't believe that he actually was a human world. It all felt like a dream for him.

 

"Are we here or did I just transform myself into a human with my black magic?"

"I'm pretty sure we made it, unless you changed my cloudy-shroudy house into a solid too..." Storm replied, looking around at the house he had purchased in the human world. "So Eps, do you know where you wanna go?" He asked, " 'Cause I've got a good car here, that should make it pretty easy-peasy to get you to wherever it is..."

Storm shrugged, "I just don't spend my money very much, or very often..." He told Eps. "I really don't care much about money to be honest, and as a pegasus pony I don't really need it either..." Pinkie nodded, "Yeah, I don't usually see Stormy spend money except at Sugarcube Corner and some charities..." She commented thoughtfully, holding Storm's hand as they all walked to his car.

"As far as I can remember, there is no magic in the human world. Let's try something."

 

Eps created a blue flame in his hands.

"Apperantly my black magic still works in this world. That makes me some sort of super human. Alright!... but i better not use it. Only for emergencys."

 

Eps turns around to 2 humans instead of ponies for once.

"So, what car do you have? A Volvo 760 Turbo Wagon?... oh I just realised... you asked about my name but I never asked for yours. What are your names?"

Storm jumped, accidentally getting a good 5 feet of vertical and ended up landing on his face. "Owchies..." He groaned slightly before hopping back to his feet, "I'm okay!" He announced. Pinkie giggled, "I'm Pinkamena Diane Pie but just call me Pinkie Pie! This is my Coltfriend Storm Shine, though he normally just goes by Storm.... I call him Stormy!" She chirped, jumping onto Storm to ride piggy-back after finishing the introduction.

"Has the world changed a lot since I left?..."

Eps his eyes starts to hurt.

"aww... my eyes... what's going on?"

 

Eps closes his eyes and holds his hands in front of his eyes. It makes the pain less worse but his eyes still sting a little.

"Why do they hurt so much?"

 

Eps uses his magic to make a blindfold appear. He covers his eyes with the blindfolt.

 

"That's better. I wonder where that pain in my eyes came from."

Storm blinked, "Should we get you to a doctor or something?" He asked, a bit worried. "I don't think that people's eyes are supposed to start hurting out of nowhere like that..." Then he turned thoughtful, "Then again, maybe they are? I guess I wouldn't know, since I'm not originally human..."

Black went his house to fix up his watch, without his watch being able to work he could use as much magic as he could in fact when his watch had gotten broken by the creature his magic dropped and fighting the creature had become more difficult. His watch had a bunch of information in it, it was also his transportation to the human world. He had started repairing it and a few minutes later he was done. His watch was connected to the ruins so he could view it whenever so he teleported to the human world.

 

He checked his watch's connection to the human world when he got there by testing a simple blue fire and it worked. He casted a detection spell to find Eps and found him. "Hey Eps, hey Pinkie and Storm" he started whispering to Pinkie and Storm "Don't forget my kid's birthday is tomorrow."

Skyla landed at the bushes and pushed her way through, entering the portal. In the tunnel, she felt the familiar change from hooves to hands, her wings disappearing.

 

She came out of the portal where she usually went to Equestria. She landed wobbly on her feet after being a pony for longer than a day.

 

"I'm finally back. It's good to come back sometimes," she said to herself.

"Well... I don't know what I am anymore."Sais Eps with a smile.

 

"Don't worry, even though I can't use my eyes, I still can see. I am using my black magic so I can feel life spirits, so I know where everyone stand or walks and I also hear enough. I also can feel energy going everywhere. I can see the energy running through every electric device. There are enough things that can help me to see.

But if you insist that we go to a doctor... But what are we going to say? Hey doctor I actually come from a totally diferent world and now my eyes hurt and I don't know why"

Storm and Pinkie broke into a fit of laugher, "I-I'm sorry sir, but please allow me to refer you t-to our mental facilities..." Storm managed to hold himself together long enough to act like a doctor. "Pfft-BWHAHAahahahah!" Pinkie broke down even further the second he had finished the impression.
