Season 1,episode 22, "Born Again" She plays a seemingly deranged little girl out for blood... well kinda.. I just watched it on Netflix yesterday and remember seeing parts of it back when I was a kid in the 90's. She was 9-ish when she was on it. I think she sounds a little bit like Sweetie Belle in it. Hmm...if it's from seasons 1-8 I'll have seen it...I still have to watch season 9. Ian Corlett is Clare's (Sweetie Belle) father and was the English dub voice for Goku. Brian Drummond who did the English dub voice of Vegeta is Mr. Cake (and others) on MLP. His daughter voices Babs Seed.
