I don't quite understand your post. Why did you quote people, just to add a "Kill it with magic" meme. Are you saying those weren't valid as best moments?

The reson I quoted those other posts was because I agreed with those moment.  The "Kill it with magic" meme I put in because, in the Season 2 finale fight scene, I liked that part in particular.  Also I don't decide the validity of any of the moments listed in this thread.

I'll modify my post to remove the quotes and the meme.

Best moment...so many, but for me I don't think anything's topped Fluttershy standing up to the dragon in Dragonshy. YOU DO NOT. HURT. MY. FRIENDS!!! such a total badflank moment, and the faces of the other M6 are great. And I love how she's so kind to him after he cries and that's what encourages him to move, showing how much strength there is in her kindness

 

Honourable mentions, in no particular order:

 

• Fluttershy saving everypony from the hurricane in Hurricane Fluttershy.
• Fluttershy singing with the Ponytones with her real voice in Filli Vanilli.
• Fluttershy still refusing to use her element against Discord in Keep Calm and Flutter On even after he betrays her, making him realise he actually wants her friendship.
• Twilight meeting Fluttershy for the first time and her being all shy and mumbly until she sees Spike in Friendship Is Magic (there may be a slight theme here )
• Celestia and Luna reuniting in Friendship Is Magic: "We were meant to rule together, little sister" ;____;
• AJ and Rarity finally working together/trusting each other in Look Before You Sleep, and their hug after.
• Rarity in Suited For Success...everything about her/that episode, really, since it's the moment she became second-best pony for me.
• Rarity finally telling Prince Blueblood where to get off in The Best Night Ever.
• Rainbow Dash finally pulling off the Sonic Rainboom, saving Rarity, and Fluttershy's loud cheering (and the whole "yay" scene at the beginning, of course).
• Rarity disguising herself as AJ and getting dirty for Sweetie Belle in Sisterhooves Social.
• Discord's first appearance in Return of Harmony (especially the M6's corruption scenes).
• The Discorded!M6 in Return of Harmony.
• Luna getting into the spirit of Nightmare Night in Luna Eclipsed.
• Celestia vs. Chrysalis in A Canterlot Wedding.
• AJ to Rarity in The Crystal Empire: "Good things are better when they're a Rarity!"
• Twilight vs. Trixie with the Alicorn Amulet (the second time) in Magic Duel.
• Twilight's ascension to alicorn princess in Magical Mystery Cure.
• The flashbacks to Celestia vs. Luna/Nightmare Moon in Princess Twilight Sparkle.
• Pinkie's photos of the Apples in Pinkie Apple Pie.
• Maud Pie saving Pinkie.
• Maud Pie's poetry.
• Country!Rarity in Simple Ways: "AH LOVE BEING COVERED IN MUD!!!"
