request Can you make my OC? Please?

Um, if it isn't to much trouble, could someone make me O.C.? I have no artistic abilities, so I can't draw her myself.  '^_^

Her name is Scarlett Shadow. She's a pegasus with light pink fur, light blue eyes (like Pinkie Pie), and a bow and arrow on top of a heart for her Cutie Mark. Her hair would be like the character here: http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/luckystar/images/c/c9/Kagami-san.gif/revision/latest?cb=20120723133124 ,only blue with white streaks and her bows purple. Her tail would be similar to Rarity's, but a lot messier, because she is a warrior. There should be a scar over her left eye, and I'd like it if her eyes were the same shape as the character, but if that's too difficult Rarity's eyes are fine. Could she be wearing that bag thing where you put arrows in (with arrows in it of course) and have her bow next to her? I am really really really really bendable, so I'm sure I'll love whatever you come up with.   Just say something if you want more detail on a part!

P.S.
