Hi guys! I would like someone to please create an OC based on these characteristics:

 

Base color: silver

Mane color: Navy blue with white streaks

Mane style: I would like it to have a braid just like Elsa's.

Eye Color: gray blue

Type of pony: unicorn

Cutie Mark: Book with a quil overlapping.

Oh I also want her with glasses and a dark brown scarf.
