Best Attributes: Can be kind at times, a solid trader, sweet talker, level headed, can think on his feet, great at casting illusion magic

 

Worst Attributes: Cocky, Arrogant, Odd sense of humor, distrustful, untrustworthy, selfish, manipulative, greedy, a bit cowardly when things don't go his way.

 

Personality: Elysian Cosmos, (prefers to go by Cosmo) is a poor common petty thief with a love of stargazing, but cannot pursue his dreams of becoming an astronomer since he cannot afford schooling and results to crime to cover his life's expenses. Because of his overwhelming poverty he is rather ill traveled, barely leaving his neighborhood in Manehatten. After years of darting around in the shadows, he can practically make himself vanish and when he's in a pinch he can turn himself invisible using his magic. His magic also allows him to teleport short distances (only like 10 or 15 m) and cast illusion spells to strike fear into others hearts or help persuade others to do his bidding. In combat Cosmo likes to keep his distance if at all possible and use his crossbow to pick off targets, but when enemies begin to close he fights dirty, and uses his wits to either clear a path for his escape or to steer the fight in his favor. Though when things don't go his way he is not above running away instead, casting a cloud of smoke to distract his enemies.

 

Purpose: To escape law enforcement in Equestria after committing a large numbers of theft, money laundering, and other various criminal activities. Kind of throws himself on a random boat not knowing, or caring where it went.

 

Armor & Weapons:

Head: a leather hood (who needs helmets?)

Armor: Light Leather Suit

Main Weapon: Crossbow

Shield/extra weapon: Short sword or dagger (which ever the guy running this prefers I could do either, having both would be pretty cool too...)

I say Anthro or human because My imagination has a hard time grasping ponies wielding swords and stuff very well. Especially if they are dual wielding.

Pony or Anthro. Atlas has a base in being able to fly and a pony body type.

 

I think I forgot to say this in the character sheet but he's got a limp in his left front leg. If the vote lands on human than no limp and if it lands on anthro he still has a limp just not as bad.
