Fabulous Potato Pony 23 January 19, 2015 Share January 19, 2015 (edited) I have a friend, and he says he doesnt like mlp. But, he has a couple thousand pony pictures, his Skype picture is RD, and he sends me memes of ponies , and I don't even know WHERE he found them. I've been having a verbal battle with him for hours, but he still denies that he likes mlp. I need someone to help me either make him accept the fact that he likes MLP or help him move on. Any suggestions? Edited January 19, 2015 by Fabulous Potato Pony
The Other Guy 6 January 19, 2015 Share January 19, 2015 (edited) Just leave him alone, if people don't want to, don't make them. Some people are like that. But hey, what u gonna do? Edited January 19, 2015 by The Other Guy
Christmasy Britty 2,553 January 19, 2015 Share January 19, 2015 sounds like he just wants to be a butt about it i'd leave him alone if he wants to come out let him on his own time (maybe he's afraid of it going public?) in either case just be his friend and let him bring it up 4 signature by Pucksterv

Any suggestions? My suggestion is for YOU to move on. Just let him be. Maybe he just thinks the characters look nice, but doesn't want to actually watch the show. It's a silly thing to risk messing up your friendship over. 5 Thank you Sparklefan1234!!!

Fabulous Potato Pony 23 January 19, 2015 Author Share January 19, 2015 Does he want to get a psychologist for you or for himself? He wanted to get one for himself. He also included a doctor.

Red Cedar 1,408 January 19, 2015 Share January 19, 2015 He's either still in denial, or in the stables, or trying to rile you up. Whichever it is, don't mention anything about ponies in his presence, under any circumstances, and see what happens. StitchandMLPlover 930 January 19, 2015 Share January 19, 2015 (edited) I agree with most of the people here. Leave this guy alone. Don't risk the friendship over a stupid argument. The friendship is more important than who is right. He seems to not want to be a Brony in public. I have a small suspicion that this guy may think he is nuts or gay for liking MLP so I hope he is not getting a therapist for that. There is nothing wrong with liking MLP. In the best situation maybe he knows he has denial issues and is trying to fix it. He may feel like you are butting in and needs to handle it on his own. CC_Maud_Pie 6,431 January 19, 2015 Share January 19, 2015 Stop nagging him to admit something you think is a fact about him. If he doesn't want to tell you the truth about something that isn't serious, then he has every right to be silent. If it was about something more serious, then it's okay to nag him a bit. All my life needed was a sense of someplace to go. I don't believe that one should devote his life to morbid self-attention. I believe that someone should become a person like other people. FeatherNight 35 January 19, 2015 Share January 19, 2015 It's definitely not something that you should start añ argument about, lol. It's not much of a deal, and not worth potentially losing a friend over. He is probably just embarrassed, or really doesn't know that he likes it yet.
