technical issue Can't check-off notifications in mobile

So normally when I read my notifications, the red number goes away. On mobile, this isn't happening. I have to switch to the desktop site if I want them marked as read.

Hmmm contact admin? That doesn't happen to me. I'm using my IPad for this.
