Twilight sighed contentedly as she calmly flipped through her book, page by page, pausing now and again to look up at the stars through her telescope.

 

"Nothing compares to a quiet, peaceful night of studying," she said, reminding herself to write that down in her diary later. After a while of this, Twilight's mind drifted away from her astrological work, and she focused on the twinkling lights in the sky. "Stars..." she whispered, unsure why she found them so captivating. A moment later, she realized: There were so many unanswered questions about them. "Just what are they, anyway?" Twilight asked herself, imagining prospects of another universe where each of the stars was, like the time she went through the magical mirror.

 

....sorry about the lack of dialogue, but if I were given a scenario to put her in, I'm sure I could write more of it.

As an added note, your posts are really long. I understand that you're trying to respond to every prompt, but you really don't have to if you think it's slowing you down or something. This is all for fun, after all!

You can just count me as two people, seeing as I'm playing two characters.

There's nothing new we can do until we get to Zecora's hut, anyway, unless we just want to continue narrating our running, so go ahead and post.

Aw... I wanted to be Pinkie. I can be a back-up though... So, here goes nothing!

 

 

What a beautiful day... A day to party! It's AJ's birthday, and it needs to be special! Hm... She is a farmer, and works with apples, so... There'll definitely be Apple Bobbing! Ooh... Red streamers, lots of red. Some green and brown for the stem and leaf! Time to make Rarity proud to be friends with me!

For music... Country with a banjo, viola, stand up bass, harmonica... I need to go get those now! Luckily I stored a bunch, after the parasprite incident. Can never be too careful auntie Pinkie always said. She was always so wise, like Twillight wise or something.

Oh right! Got to get started with the invites!

I get out of my bed, and run into my closet and get my pre-made invites from last year, after her other party I started. Never too early to start planning! Once I get them, I rush outside...

The night was dark. Perfect! I proceed in mailing each invite at every doorstep.

Once done, I grabbed Gummy, and headed for the post office, and sent the rest of the invite to out of town friends, and her family. Leaving one last one to personally deliver to Zacora.

Perfect timing, it's sunset! I get there, and knock loudly. I find a note, saying she'll be back later. Guess I should just leave the invite here... I drop it off, almost stopped, but had to finish setting up the party!

 

Everypony gathered around in awe at my decorations. "Happy Birthday Applejack!" I shout. Twilight is nudged foreward. I noticed Applejack wasn't there. "Where's she Twilight? Did she need to stay at the farm? Is there an emergency?! We gotta go get Applejack! Her cake is getting cold! And..."

"Pinkie..." Twilight pressed her hoof in the ground, why? "Applejack left on a surprise trip away... We forgot to tell you..." She smiled, with her other friends.

I stare at them open mouthed. The only thing I could do was mumble all the plans I put into it, and faint. And that was my first ever, failed party project. And my last I bet!

 

A bit of read I know... Hope I somewhat passed the "TEST" Sorry if you wanted third person... I just poured my creative pony heart into it, and got carried away, silly me!
