As for Caws, don't really have all that many. Just a common batch I try to port between games. I try to make them more realistic fighters, but they usually become anime characters in the end.    -I've got Big Mack. Pretty much maxed out size and weight for him. He's a different take on giants, being an arrogant, debonair ladies man. Think Val Venus meets Ted Dibiase meets the Miz. Gave him the Tiger Driver '91 as his finisher.  -Shirahime: My very tall lavender haired amazon who dresses like a hippy and uses ninja moves. Uses the Northern Lights driver. -Reiki: Her short, green haired, cat girl tag partner who dresses like a skater punk. Does high flying hard core stuff. Is a short tempered loud mouth. Has the Buzzsaw kick. -Miko: Pretty much my humanized OC. Metal head looking fox girl who does MMA stuff while being a cocky wise ass. Finisher varies between games.  -Mindie: Miko's silver haired, soft spoken GF who chain wrestles. Pretty sure she has the Vertebreaker. -Duke: My attempt at a more normal wrestler. Ended up being a cross between Jeff hardy & Johnny Cage in a police uniform.  Mack's pal who's trying to make it big in action movies. Uses the Spinning crucifix bomb (AKA James Storm's eye of the storm) & the muscle buster neck breaker. Basically all the moves I didn't use went to him. 

 

I sure wish I had the creativity/patience to create more original wrestlers, those sound awesome!

Thanks. It is time consuming, but it's fun the whole way though. Not many games have the level of character customization that a WWE game does (unless it's 2K15. Then it has less.)

You've got that right, it is time consuming.

 

Especially, if you're like me and write down every formula for both their appearance & move set.

I actually have done that. Taken down every physical measurement to copy onto the next game (sucks that they still don't have a port feature), and being dissapoitned when I type in all the variables, and the CAW looks nothing like they do in the last game.

I hate when they change the proportions, too.

 

Or when they take out parts, moves and entrances.

Kinda why I stopped getting WWE games after 2K11. Different proportions, moves, entrances and less available match types. I might've gotten 2K17 w/ the NXT Nakamura edition, but I lack a PS4, and my bro won't let me use his X-box 720

As far as me stopping myself from purchasing these games is concerned this might be my last year, too.

 

Three reasons for this:

 

1. This is my perfect roster minus, Kurt Angle.

 

2. I don't really care about WWE much anymore.

 

3. I'm on PS3.

Special referee, Boiler Room brawl, coffin match, buried alive, bra and panties, Elimination Chamber, Street fight, I Quit match,etc. 

There is just so many match types. It always confuses me why they drop them and take a step back further.

I agree with that. But, if my wrestling game journey must end I'd like it to end on a"Phenomenal" note, pardon the pun.

 

I really like Wrestling with Wreget, very knowledgable and insightful commentaries.

Well, if you see the history of all 3 of them, it kinda makes sense. AJ and Joe have some history in TNA, AJ and Shinsuke have some history in New Japan and Joe and Shinsuke have some history in NXT.

 

And they all always worked good with each other.
