Kazuchika Okada will be leaving New Japan Pro-Wrestling after the conclusion of his contract on January 31 2024.

As the New Beginning series begins this weekend, Okada will appear on February dates on February 11 in Osaka, and February 23 and 24 in Sapporo. Changes will be made to forthcoming cards with an announcement to follow.

Normally I'd say this either cause for celebration or to stay our skeptic selves. 

But unfortunately this all ties to some new allegations. And messed up doesn't even scratch the surface this time.

The full report is not an easy read. So I'd advise discretion for the faint of heart. 

But if found to be true, then forget fines and resignations. VKM could be locked up for the rest of his life. And some hard questions are gonna be asked by fans and critics about the WWE itself.

My predictions for the 2024 Royal Rumble are:

Men's: CM Punk, my second choice would be Cody Rhodes and my swerve choice is Gunther.

Women's: Bayley, my second choice would be Becky Lynch and my swerve choice is Sasha Banks. I also predict a Trish Stratus return.

WWE Championship: Roman Reigns This feels obvious.

US Championship: Logan Paul I feel like Logan Paul will keep the US Championship until WrestleMania

I've been tuned out since before Brock beat Kofi. I only know what's happening thanks to WrestleTalk. 

But as is tradition, all the champions retain (buck you Cena) and the Rock comes back to win his first rumble (per the wishes of the board of directors). 

He then challenges Tyler Black for the WHC and squashes him, joining his cousin as heads of the table.

I didn't even think of The Rock he would be a shocking appearance even though I don't honestly think it will happen.

Good round about way to finish the story. Cody gets his shot from the chamber. He finishes the story with Roman. 

Rock claims the WHC off Tyler. Says we walked out of mania as champ and Roman didn't. Thus, Rock is the peoples tribal chief.

Roman gets his story with Dwayne going after the Brahma bull and another belt.  

 

Or y'know, Walter von Gunter gets his shot at Tyler in the 2nd ever IC/WHC title match at mania. Rock fights Roman. And we get Punk vs. Cody just to rub it in AEW's faces.

The last person to win back-to-back Royal Rumbles was Stone Cold in 1997 and 1998.

I think Cody should be the next one to have that honor.
