Scarlett had a choice. Teleport herself or Spellbind up, or wait for caramel. Of those two options, she chose the third. Scarlett cuts one of the sails ropes and ties it around Spellbind. Tying another one onto herself she cuts the rest of the ropes and the sail is dragged back into the ocean, leaving Spellbind and Scarlett being dragged along behind the ship.

 

"Mind pulls us up!" Scarlett shouts.

Tyra nodded, listening to Caramel closely.

"Aye, I agree," She muttered, perking Lordy onto her back, "What shall you have me do?"

 

She glanced toward the door to below deck. "I would suggest taking him to the medical room to see if he is sick or injured in any way."

"Good, ye take him down there, I'll try to pull up Scarlett and Spellblind." Caramel said as she turned around and ran to the back of the ship. "Alright, here I come." Caramel yelled as she grabbed the rope with her mouth. She stepped back and pulled on the rope. "It's too heavy, I can't do this alone."

"Good, ye take him down there, I'll try to pull up Scarlett and Spellblind." Caramel said as she turned around and ran to the back of the ship. "Alright, here I come." Caramel yelled as she grabbed the rope with her mouth. She stepped back and pulled on the rope. "It's too heavy, I can't do this alone."

 

"Aye, I will watch over him," Tyra agreed, nodding, "Call for me if I am needed further!"

With that, she adjusted Lordy so he was comfortably on her back before trotting below deck.

 

She swiftly re-enetered the medical room and plopped Lordy on the bed, sitting diligently by his side for any sign of recovery.

Shouting up to Caramel in a last ditch attempt, Scarlett acts on some information that she wasn't sure of but might just save her and Spellbind. "Caramel! Go in to my saddlebag, put the suit on and pull us up! It's the only way you can save us without help of the others, and my magic is too weak"

Lordy started shaking as a fountain of water started shooting out from jhis mouth. He had swallowed a bit too much for his body to handle. The problem was that, since he was laying of his back, anything his body tried to spit out would just flow back in his respiratory system. He wa still unconcious so he couldnt just turn around, this was his body deperately trying to get rid of the external fluids.

Shouting up to Caramel in a last ditch attempt, Scarlett acts on some information that she wasn't sure of but might just save her and Spellbind. "Caramel! Go in to my saddlebag, put the suit on and pull us up! It's the only way you can save us without help of the others, and my magic is too weak"

Caramel was a bit confused but she didn't really have a choice. She let go of the rope and ran towards Scarlett's room to find her bag. She opened the door to the room and looked for the bag. "There it is." Caramel yelped as she walked over to the bag. She quickly but on the suite and ran back upstairs to Scarlett and Spellblind. "Scarlett, how does this damn thing work?" she yelled.

Scarlett wraps Spellbind in her magic to lighten her weight so that Caramel and the suit could pull them up.

Spellbind wanted to help out with her own rescue at least somewhat, not to mention be a heroine even more. But that would have to wait until she was back on the ship. At the moment she used her levitation magic on herself.

Tyra perked up as a jet of water shot from Lordy's mouth. He was alive!

Acting fast, she started pressing down on his stomach, trying to eject the water out of his system. She was certainly no qualified doctor.

 

"I know you will be okay, my friend!" She declared, pumping water out of him some more.

Scarlett had forgotten activate the suit. Thinking a quick thought, her CMR send a message to her suit to start up and with that she and spellbind were pulled on board. Hitting the deck with a small thud, she says without missing a beat "So Caramel, how's the fitting?"

"I wanna get out of this thing as soon as possible.'' Caramel said grumpy but glad that Spellblind and Scarlett were okay. She walked over to the railing at the back of the ship. She watched the broken and burned off sail drifting in the water. "Guess I gotta replace that." Caramel said looking at the sky. The storm seemed to have laid down a bit.

Rave had been trying to handle the other sails when all the events had played out. He walked past where Caramel and the others were. He started wondering why Caramel was wearing that suit, but he quickly shook his head. Everything seemed to be settling down and the storm seemed to be subsiding. So he retired to his room and started to bore himself by looking at old maps, buried in his dark thoughts.

With a missing sail the ship began to move slower than a ship should. Sitting down near the wheel, Scarlett begins to push the boat forward from the back a little with her magic. A little jolt is felt as the ship instantly picks up pace, but not as fast as before, at a reasonable pace.

 

"That should help a little bit. And Caramel, if you don't mind I'd like my suit back."

"I'll take care of it." Wilhelm muttered as he passed by, a hammer in his mouth and a carefully balanced toolbox between his wings. "That is, when I finish fixing the rest of the damn ship." Vaguely annoyed, he continued walking over to the pile of materials he had set up and grabbed a rope, walking back and tying the remaining sail down to the ship.

Caramel looked at Rave passing by. "hmm...what...oh yeah the suit, sorry." Caramel said as she took of the suit and gave it back to Scarlett. "I gotta go, do something. Spellblind, Scarlett, steer the ship back to the south while I'm gone. I don't wanna sail in the wrong direction. After that, lower the anchor, close the sails and then go to bed." Caramel said as she walked downstairs. She grabbed her scarf and her shirt and but them back on. She then walked over to Rave's room and knocked on his door. "Rave, can I come in?"

Spellbind still wasn't satisfied with the amount she had done even if it was considerably helpful towards the group and their efforts. She went around to the back of the ship and helped Scarlett push it from behind. She used her magic to help out as well.

Besides, you are the captain, so even if I said no, you would still have the power" he cuckled a bit, trying to amuse himself, not succeeding.

After taking her suit back from Caramel and folding it back into a pouch on the inside of her saddlebag, Scarlett looks around and shouts out to anypony who will listen "Does anypony need medical attention? Because if not I think I might just go to sleep."

Caramel walked into his room and noticed he didn't really want her there. "I'm so sorry Rave, I really am. I mean, what I said earlier. About after all this, about us parting ways. I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you. Which I clearly did. I' just scared ye know. I don't wanna lose somepony I care about so I pushed ye away but then I realized that I was already too late. I realized that I already care about you, that I already love you. And I'm sorry for everything. I really am. I hope ye can forgive me." Caramel said, feeling embarrassed for the way she had been acting lately. "Anyways, that's what I wanted to say. I'm gonna leave now." And with that, Caramel walked out of his room.

Rave didn't move. He was still levitating a piece of an old map. For the longest of time, he remained like that. Not moving a muscle, the map still in the air. Then, his body started to slowly sink towards the floor. He lay there, not doing anything. He understood Caramel and he would no longer bother her. He did not want to cause her any pain or illness. "Perhaps it would be best if I remained down here, out of sight. Then she wouldn't have to constantly see me and be reminded that she might lose me. Perhaps that would help her forget me. I know that I won't forget her" he thought to himself. 

 

"Awww, look who is sad" a dark familiar voice within his head said.

Caramel felt relieved but also sad when she left Rave. "Did I really just do that?" Caramel asked herself. She walked to the kitchen and grabbed herself a drink. "I would love to have that bottle of Rum that Scarlett brought right now." She thought to herself.

Scarlett decided, as there was nothing else to do, to go below deck to the kithen. Before going in however, she saw Caramel with a drink. She thought for a moment, and decided that she should probably tell Caramel about the bag.

 

Walking in she says "Caramel, we need to talk. It's concerning me and you."

Caramel looked up from her drink. "Goodevening Scarlett, what is it ye want?" Caramel said taking a sip.from her drink. "I'm not in the mood for.talking but I can listen." Caramel said with a quick smile. " but one condition, can I have some of that rum ye had earlier. It was delicious.'

Scarlett pulls her saddlebag, still sealed, off of her back and places it on the table between the two ponies. Gesturing to the bag, she says "Ok Caramel, do you remember what I said about my Saddlebag. About how it's locked right?"

"uhm no...I didn't know it had a lock. I mean when I grabbed yer suite it just opened so I asummed it didn't." Caramel said with a confused look. "Can't ye just tell me what yer getting at so that I can have my rum?" Caramel said when she finished up the rum from her own bottle
