"I would be happy to," Tyra agreed, returning the smile as Red leaned against her, "I hope this has not sullied your decision on travelling with us, it would be good to have you!"

 

She loyally stayed stood there until Red was able to move, and watched her go up the stairs to make sure she made it up alright.

"Not at all... in fact, I look forward to travelling with you all even more now..." she slowly retreated up the stairs and found a waitress earth pony, standing there, terrified. "A room for the night, please," Red said, tossing some bits in the general direction of the earth pony, who flinched and began nodding viciously. She went into the room and collapsed on the bed and was asleep within seconds.

caliber was cradling his fractured hoof, when he limped back to his seat. he sat down, and laid his head sideways on the bar table. then, he started to peacefully drift to sleep...

 

but still...he did not enjoy that bar fight at all. must've been something to do with whatever it was that mare took...

Once Red was upstairs, Tyra turned her attention to her allies, wincing as she saw Caliber still had glass lodged in his face.

 

She walked over and inspected him. It indeed looked rather painful, and dangerous.

"Should I take it out, or should I leave it in?" She asked, unsure.

Blizzard was in a major self dilemma. He could not get up and walk, because his fore hooves were bloody and covered in glass. And he also couldn't skate due to having a headache from his power usage. He could do nothing but read his book and contemplate Scarlet, "Hmph. What a b8tch. Whatever a stupid witch like her needs my blood for, I'm sure she'll fail miserably like the abomination she is. Haha! What will she even use it for? To make abomination ice dudes? HAHAHHH! That's too funny to even fathom. Man she's more of a loser and a failure than I thought! Haha!"

caliber waved her concerns away. "im fine..." he said, as he picked the bigger of the shards out. "i would be finer if you hadn't smashed them even deeper, but hey. when in rome." he flicked one piece at tyra's forehead.

 

"did my punch hurt?" he asked. it was hard enough to fracture his bone, it must've broken at least a tooth!

Tyra chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of her head.

"Aye, my apologies," She muttered sheepishly, assisting him in getting the shards out.

 

"I certainly felt it," she nodded, moving her jaw around to make sure it still worked, "though, if you hadn't moved the magic back into your arm, I fear it may have killed me!"

Blizzard had no choice at this point but to crawl on the ground painfully, "Ow, ow, ow, ow." he said with each movement he took. He then wennt to the washroom and cleaned up, but it was difficult for him to stand, "Owowowowo. Sssss......whoo. Dammit, next time. it's mine." he turned on the sink to wash his hooves. And when he was done, he crawled back to the nearest chair, "Ow, ow, ow..." he began to breath heavily once he reached the seat, and layed in the seat on his stomach. "Did you feel the cold pain of my ice bat bro? Hehehe....how about when I froze you all? That was classic....but that Red wasn't too bad herself. Are we all in agreement that she's tough enough to rough it with us? All in favor say eye. Eye!

caliber rubbed his head, where red had smashed her bottle. "i dont know..." he said. "she can make my head hurt, so i guess...and this team could always use a new swordspony." he grinned a little.

 

he looked at tyra. "then its good i wasn't a little madder than i was. i was *this* close to busting out the sword."

Tyra picked out the last shard of glass from Caliber's face and spat it on the floor. "I think that is all of them...I hope I did not cripple anything."

 

She turned to Blizzard and nodded. "Aye, she will make a fine addition to our group!"

She let out a yawn. "I think I will go and rest, to nurse my wounds a bit. Goodnight."

 

She made her leave up the stairs, downing a lone glass of alcohol on the way. She paid for her own room, the waitress looking just as nervous as when she'd seen Red, and plopped onto her bed the second she got in.

Blizzard panted some more before he said, "...whew. Good thing I didn't use my D.I.N.E Blast, or this place would have been just a wasteland of dry ice. But anyway, anypony who can go head to head....with the same ponies who.....held off a freaking invasion of like hundreds of bad guys, deserves our welcome. I say tomorrow we surprise her with a friendly welcome! *coughs* Damn, I'm coughing up blood here. I'm gonna hit the hay before I get angry from lack of sleep. Oh and bro, take care of those glass cuts  *throws gauze and bandages at Caliber* Found them behind the counter. Good night." He then walks up the stairs, pays for a room, and plops down on his bed to read a little before sleeping.

One relatively uncomfortable sleep later...

Tyra walked outside the inn, making sure to avoid the city guards cleaning up the mess inside from last night's bar fight.

She yawned and stretched out her limbs, feeling much more refreshed. She was ready to take on anything that witch wanted to throw at her.

 

She hoped her allies felt the same way.

Red got up, still tired, but feeling a little refreshed. She left a tip on the end table of the bed-- even though the room wasn't that great, she mostly left the tip so that the waitress who must have had a heart attack could pay for her medical bills-- and strolled down the stairs and outside.

"Morning," she greeted Tyra with a small smile.

Blizzard woke up and had wrapped his hooves and his head with wraps due to pain. He grabbed his grandpa's book and grinded down the stair rail and saw Tyra. "Good morning axe girl! *hugs axe girl* Good morning Red! *hugs Red* You have officially passed our bar fight initiation. You Red, are one of us! *hugs her again* You're in! Welcome to the team! Welcome to the team! Welcome Red! Welcome Red! Welcome Red!" He then makes a hoof sized ice sculpture of Red and gives it to her, "Here take this. All my friends have sculptures of themselves that I made. Also, sorry for being stupid and hurting you so much yesterday, you too Tyra. Sorry. But that's behind us and now we can get that evil witch am I right?! Where's Caliber?"

"Ah, good morning, friend," Tyra greeted, smiling widely at Red, "how are you faring?"

 

She leaned in close to her fellow mare to inspect her injuries. She seemed to indeed be healing, but it never hurts to make sure.

 

"I cannot wait to start fighting with you," she admitted, then narrowed her eyes with a smirk, "We will show those boys what a pair of powerful mares can do, yes?"

 

She perked up as Blizzard approached, and happily accepted the hug, returning a near spine-breaking one of her own.

"No need to apologise," she grinned, "Last night was rather exciting, yes?"

caliber had lost his money in the battle of the bar, so he had slept on the roof of the bar. he was snoozing, dreaming about pleasant chocolate...until a scale on the roof can loose, and that was all it took for him to slide of the roof, and land on the ground. "caliber, present." he said with a board voice.

Blizzard laughed, "Haha. Yeah it was fun. I like the part where you jumped on Caliber. But was nowhere near as cool when Red started to slash everything. And Caliber's dark magic....*shudders*. And let's not forget my awesome multi freeze! We were all awesome last night, and I know we're gonna be awesome today! And I don't know if you remember me saying but, I used to sneak down to my grandpa's wine cellar when I was a teenager. That's why I drank those whole bottles just randomly last night, because I can kinda hold my liquor too. Also, hey bro, nice of you to, drop in."

Ticktock had not noticed all the fighting last night because he had passed out after his fifth drink not even Caliber's dark magic fazed him but it did faze something inside of Ticktock yet Ticktock didn't know. He was too busy dreaming his favourite dream where he was Princess Celestia's  prize pupil and not Twilight. When he woke up he had a terrible headache than he realised something in horror "By Celestia I got drunk!"

Red smirked at Tyra. "Girl power," she said very quietly and jumped slightly as Caliber dropped down. She still had a hangover, and the suddenness of it ran on her nerves. "Good morning, Caliber," she said, then processed what Blizzard had said about it being an initiation. Nodding a greeting at Ticktock, she turned on Blizzard. "Wait, that was an initiation? Are you all insane?"

Tyra nodded, returning the smirk. "Exactly!"

 

She raised an eyebrow at Caliber's...entrance. "Um, morning. Did you sleep on the roof?"

 

She perked up her ears at Ticktock's sudden exclamation from inside, and grinned at Red's shock.

"I have been called that before," she admitted, "but it has definitely shown you are able to hold your own! I cannot wait to fight alongside you!"

As Ticktock wakes up he walks over to the others "HOW COULD YOU LET ME GET DRUNK!?" Ticktock was livid "Next time I start to drink alcohol remind me not too" Ticktock had just about calmed down when he said "So what did I miss. Anything important?" Ticktock was still feeling drossy until a voice shouted "WAKEY WAKEY!" Then Ticktock recklessly said out load "Oh just shut up dark"

Ticktock's ears perked up as Tybalt spoke "Yesss finally a chance to take the fight to Scarlett and get our stuff back. Who's with me? We'll show her not to mess with us." Then in Ticktock's head a sarcastic voice said "Yes the whole experience should be just riveting."

Blizzard punched a hoof to the air with excitement, "I'm ready! Let's get moving when we're all ready! And the bar fight itself wasn't the initiation exactly, moreso just a test of your skills Red girl. So when everpony's ready we can get going. And by the way Red, how do you like the hoof sized ice sculpture I made for ya?"

Icarus approached the gorup around the same time as Tybalt. He raised his eyebrow at what the pony was saying and looked to the others. " So, what are you going to send us to do this time tybalt ?" He asked, scanning him up and down. He still didnt like Tybalt to much. They didnt know enough about him.
