ICarus watched as the two ponies had some fun with the Foals. He watched from a distance, as to not scare them.  Most northerners saw the Plague gear as a sign of an expert doctor, but others from southern areas feared them, usually associating them with evil and horror stores. But at least his comrades trusted hi, and that is all he really needed. they were a nice bunch, and Icarus actually found himself enjoying being around them

Radiant watched as Tyra demolished another training dummy, as the hay settled Radiant found himself feeling competitive.

 

Radiant levitate his four swords above a dummy with the tips inward toward one another creating an 'x'. He centered his swords to the side of the dummy and they begun to spin. As they were quickly gaining speed spinning faster and faster he begun lowering them on the dummy.

 

As the swords made contact with the dummy it was being shredded into oblivion as the swords continued down The dummy showing no signs of slowing even when they hit the post. Soon the dummy was nothing more then a piled of wood chips a shreds of hay.

 

Radiant looked at Tyra with a grin on his face.

Tyra glanced down at the snow Blizzard had kicked onto her hooves, then back up to him with an unimpressed look.

Finally, with a smirk, she lifted a hoof and flicked snow onto his face. "My techniques have served me well so far, can you say the same?"

 

She noticed Radiant lifting his swords, preparing another attack. He crossed the swords into an X shape and levitated them over a dummy, spinning into it so that it was ripped to shreds and nothing but hay and splinters.

 

She caught his look and grinned back at him. Another challenge.

 

She trotted back into the training area and eyed up a pair of dummies next to each other. She impaled one with her axe, same as before, only this time with no hop into the air.

Instead, she faced away from the other dummy, and with a sharp spin, she let go of the hilt and sent the weapon spinning into the next dummy, impaling it on the other blade.

Two birds, one stone.

 

She looked to Radiant and gave a grin of her own as she retrieved the axe, yanking the dummies off the blades.

'Argh...are that trying to show who can kill dummies the best?' caliber thought, 'how childish...' he jumped of the ice pillar, and started walking towards the tavern. As he passed by a dummie, he decided to show who was best. Using his dark magic just a teensy bit, his sword was out and back in his sheath in under a second. The dummie he was passing by was his target. The top half slid off, and caliber kept walking. His arm was on fire, but he ignored the pain.

 

(There was no halt in his walking. To the naked eye, he looked like he just walked past the dummy, and it fell apart.)

Icarus decided to get some training in himself. With a shot walk, he went over to a far corner, and positioned some dummies in a row. After backing up several hundred hooves,  he levitated out his crossbow  and loaded a bolt. Checking no one was around him, he aimed at the dummies top left hoof, a good place to fire to disarm someone. With a quick THWACK the bolt shot across the field and landed just above were the hoof ended.  Icarus smiled and loaded another bolt, this time no winding up the crossbow as much so he would have to arc it.

Radiant slid all his hilts into his bag after Tyra destroyed her two dummies and Caliber destroyed the last one. Caliber begun walking off "Caliber if you're ready let's get going before we lose track of you again!" He called out after Caliber.

 

He gestured his head to the other three around the training area "Come on let's get going before we infuriate whoever it is we're suppose to meet." He said beginning to head through the outpost toward the direction on the letter.

"Come on let's get going before we infuriate whoever it is we're suppose to meet."

 

"One last Bolt" Icarus said, before aiming at the pony. He carefully made calculations in his head and fired at the dummy. As the bolt arched in the air, Icarus gave another big grin. The bolt impaled the dummy's other hoof, another good disarming shot.  Icarus may not be the best fighter, but he could definitely defend himself from range if needed. He walked over and plucked the two bolts out of the dummy. He went back over to were Radiant was.

Caliber looked at the tavern wistfully. "Sigh...your right." he walked after radiant, and Tyra. "So, who exactly are we meeting?" caliber asked, to anyone who would be listening. His wounds felt way better, almost to the point where he could fight, but not quite yet.

As she waited for Caliber to join them, Tyra watched as Icarus practiced firing his crossbow. It was a rather impressive weapon, she'd seen one in her travels before.

 

Once the plague doctor joined them, she trotted over to look at his weapon.

"That is an impressive crossbow, my friend," she commended, giving it a close look, "I have not seen many of these since I travelled to Roamania!"

 

She heard Caliber's question, but she figured it'd be best if Radiant answered; he seemed to be considered in charge here, and since he had bested her in combat, she had no reason to argue his position.

Radiant glanced back at Caliber quickly returning his sight forward. "I don't know for sure, all I can say for sure is after all that is happening in this region don't let your guard down. So far the fighting in the city is done but the other soldiers have yet to return. So the whole situation seems suspicious, especially that voice we heard radiating over the city as we were fighting." He said continuing forward.

"That is an impressive crossbow, my friend," she commended, giving it a close look, "I have not seen many of these since I travelled to Roamania!"

 

"thank you " ICarus said, " It is custom made by bone shapers of Stalliongrad. they are expert craftsmen" Icarus explained as he continued to follow radiant. He listened to what the stallion had to say. IT was an odd situation, but he was sure this group was capable of handling the many possibilities that could arise from the current situation.

Blizzard decided to prove himself,  "I'll show you!" He found another dummy. "Shattering drop kick!" And in an instant he drop kicked the dummy and its head fell clean off. "How'd ya like that? But wait there's more!" He then coated the dummy in ice. "I call this one, IC4!" And with a motion of his hoof, the dummy disintegrated into ice particles. "Can't do that can ya?! If I ever were to catch anypony with IC4, they'd be dead from the inside out! That'll come in handy later!"

"Ah, Stalliongrad!" Tyra grinned, fond memories of the place surfacing in her mind, "I have been there, a beautiful city! The climate reminds me much of home!"

 

She cocked her head to the side as she looked up at the plague doctor towering over her. "Am I to assume you are from there? Or was your crossbow a gift?"

 

She could hear Blizzard's frantic yelling and turned to see him beating up a training dummy instead of making tracks.

"Hey snowball, we are moving out!"

Blizzard was cocky, "Heh, you'll see. I can 'chain' IC4 between multiple enemies. Wanna know that it is? You'll have to wait and see. So trust me, you'll find out soon enough my true power, axe girl." Then he long jumped ahead, "Well? What are you slowponies waiting for? Can'tcha see we gotta get moving? Let's go! Come on! Get up and move! Or are you too slow to keep up.....?"

"What's taking us so long? Raid are you sure you know where we're going?"

As our heroes reach meeting place,no pony was there.It was just white snow every where.

But sudenly bright light sparked and our heroes covered there eyes.When they open eyes one un armed pony was stending in front of them.She was wears hood,and she was wearing something that looked like steampunk outfit.It covered her body and ou heroes could onli see her mouth.

"So,you are my heroes?" she started gently.She started walking around pur heroes.She was near Blizzard "I heard you reflected missale,how did you do it?",than quick turn her head to Radiant "I heard you can use magic swords.Plz tell my something abou that?"....

Blizzard replied with a shy yet cocky voice, "*scratches back of head* O///O Well hehe, I uh, I jumped high in the air, and used my ice reflector, which in turn reflected the missle back to where it came from. It's no big deal really but I kinda see why you asked me about it, because that was really hard to do."

She turned her head on Blizzard "So you lose lot of energy when you do it?" playfully she started.Than walked next to Tyra "What do we have hear one tru pony of the north.I heard your kind fight like theres no tomorrow.Are you like them?" she gently laugh "I relly cant thank you inaf for saving my town.If there is annything I can do just ask.."

Tyra looked around the area that they'd arrived in, glancing down at all the snow. A smile crept onto her face as fond memories of home surfaced in her head.

 

She yelped from the bright flash, and a hooded pony appeared before the group, wearing some...strange garb that she had never seen before. She would certainly find out its origins and visit there one day.

 

She rolled her eyes as Blizzard began boasting about his accomplishment, but once the pony asked about her, a confident smirk grew on her own face.

"Aye! I am of the great Shatterhoof clan, and I put my heart and soul into every battle!" She claimed, putting a hoof over her heart, "You shan't find warriors finer in the Frozen North than a Shatterhoof!"

[Chip Circuit 1,842]

Radiant narrowed his eyes at the mystery pony at her request. "They're just magically manifested blades, not much else to tell." He said calmly beginning to scan the area around him. He had a strange feeling he couldn't shake and this pony's sudden appearance didn't help his unease.

She than turned at Caliber "You are stronges here right?I heard you alone killed twice many as other did.Is that true?" But Caliber didnt have time to reply.Ground started to shake like when the assault begin the other night.Misteris pony got scared,she was unarmed "T-T-They are here p-p-please save my!!!" panicky she sad,and jumped behind Blizzard....

Radiant turned looking around the area casting his armor and getting ready to pull his sword hilts out of his saddlebag. 
"Tyra and I will take front, you two take the sides if it's a head on assault!" He exclaimed still watching the snow for what was going to happen.

Tyra's gaze shot right to the ground, lifting a hoof as she felt the very earth shake beneath her.

"Another attack?" She growled.

 

She looked up to Radiant, who had readied his armour, and listened to his orders.

"Aye!" She yelled with a nod, getting next to him and lifting her axe into her mouth, "Let these foul beasts come! We shall send them back to Tartarus once more!"

Blizzard put his hoof up and said, "Don't worry, we gotcha covered. Ok guys, let's stay close and keep this mare safe. She's unarmed, so we'll need to protect her at all costs ok? Don't worry we'll keep you safe, we made it this far, and there's no way were gonna let the innocent die on our hooves!"

And as out heroes prepare for attack,ground stoped to shake.And Blizzard clones shattered,as others looked at Blizzard he was on ground without conscience and misterius pony was on top of him with club in her mouth "From this you wont teleport out Honey." Than turned her head to rest of party  "As for you.Your mother never touch you not to turn back on stranger" she said playfully "hahaha....Il se you later.Toodles." And lightning from clear sky hit her and she disappeared.

Than molten  hands started to reach from ground and pull our heroes under the deep white snow......

As our heroes started to wake up in creamy looking cage.They could see they where in some sort of cave,lava was dripping from ceiling and it was really hot.There litle cage was in side of some sort of magic bubble and  there wepons and all there stuf was on other side of room.In front of there cage was that misterius pony eating cereals and reading Blizzard magazine <crunch>"This is some good stuf"<crunch>

Blizzard had woke up and went crazy, "Huh? *notices guy with his magazine* Give that back you no good piece of---What are we doing here?! Answer me dammit! I am talking to you!" Blizzard was pissed, if he was on his own there'd be no problem, (even if somepony had his magazine) but his best friends were now captured and nothing pisses him off more than his friends in danger.
