Hello everypony I'm here with a new role play ! Here's the plot

Tirek is freed from Tartarus with the help of King Sombra . They team up with Queen Chrysailis and Starlight Glimmer and build up an army of minions. Soon after they recruit several minor and protagonist villains whom they corrupted with help of Sombra's dark Magic these include Discord , Gilda , Trixie , Diamond Tiara , silver spoon , film and Fkam , Lightening Dust , Dash , the diamond Dogs and the cmc among others now they will rise in greatest uprising ever to hit equestria ! You choose a chracter either allied wit Tirek or allied with Celestia and let the RP begin ! You can play as a oc but you must describe him or her .

Well I was thinking about joining. My OC definitely has a profile but no picture. The appearance of the OC is described decently, in my opinion. So, would that be elgible, or no?
