Galactic Empire vs. Equestria

Hello everyone. I'm planning on writing a fan fiction about this soon but let me say, for the record, I am a huge fan of both MLP: FIM and Star Wars. So here is a funny, yet can argubally be terrifying based on your point of view, thing my friends were discussing today.

 

Imagine that the 501st and millions of Stormtroopers under the leadership of Lord Vader and command of Palpatine, in their original not ponified forms, invade the land of Equestria and create a regime change by destroying the monarchies. I think it would be a win-win for several reasons.

 

The monarchies of Equestria clearly have armies of guards. But they are primitive and resemble medieval times. Now the Galatic Empire, even its return when Darth Kyrlat came to power in the expanded universe, he used millions of Stormtroopers to eliminate an entire race of species on their own planet. Of course the monarchies and princesses clearly have magical abilities alongside the mane six obtaining the elements of harmony. But I'm very curious to see Lord Vader react to that as he has killed hundreds of Jedi more powerful than Twilight herself alone.

 

I would have to say Equestria would join the Galatic Empire. What do you say?
