Nidal kept her hoof on his back.

"We all think things we don't want to do all the time. As long as you stop yourself, it's fine. And even when you don't, if it ends up alright, it's fine."

Larva laughed.

"And how could me killing someone turning out good?"

Nidal laughed.

"You seem to think that Legacy won't be able to stop you from killing her or anyone else."

"you don't say..." Rigel replied.

 

He ran into the kitchen, looking for raek

 

"hey raek! Where do you brew the alcohol? I'm pretty much out."

Raek laughed and pointed to a door in the back.

"You can use whatever you find in there but give me a sample of each."

Rigel went through the door to find a room mostly taken up by a large distillery and several vats. One of the walls had shelves stocked with various ingredients. Rigel happily dropped his bag and got to work.

Raek finished cooking quickly and entered the room after Rigel.

"So what are you trying to make?"

"And you seem to underestimate me when I am in a frenzy."

He laughed playfully.

Nidal shook her head.

"If she doesn't want you to do something, you won't be doing it."

"And I will follow her rules. I am still afraid what would happen if a pony started to bleed again..."

He shook his head quickly.

"So why did you join the team?"

He said this quickly, avoiding what he had previously said.

Nidal nodded her head towards Legacy.

"She contacted me about a week ago and told me to meet up here. That she needed me here as fast as possible. I guess we both came here due to a relationship."

Larva nodded.

"So you two are good friends I guess?"

Legacy looked at Nidal and Larva, saw the two of them talking, and headed into the kitchen to chat with Natural.

 

Nidal leaned back and smiled, thinking back on her past.

"We've been the best of friends for as long as I can remember. She still wants to learn how my body shifts between personalities to try to emulate it, but it's not a spell so I'm pretty sure it's impossible."

"I could see that. She even try to do my summoning, and almost burned for it."

"Don't expect her to give up though. She'll find a way to adapt some other spell into a makeshift summoning spell. She's probably even working on it right now, not her physical body but her clones."

Rigel set down the test tube and beaker he was holding.

 

"well, I'm not really much of a traditional brewer. I need something with a pH of around 5 right now. Preferably something non-toxic. Got anything like that?"

Raek went to a shelf on the wall and began to read the labels.

"pH 3, pH 4, here it is, pH 5."

He took down a box and brought it to Rigel.

"This box contains only pH 5 ingredients. If you want something else, i've got plenty of ingredients of any pH."

Larva laughed.

"I can't wait to see her version of it."

Nidal smiled.

"What will you do if she perfects a copy of your spell?"

"Than she has a chance of summoning Satan, and we saw how well that happened last time."

[Linguz 140]

"Let me rephrase it then. What will you do if she creates a perfect summoning spell?"

"I would be greatly impressed. It would prove to my saying that she is awesome."

Nidal laughed.

"You'll see her do many awesome things if you stay around her long enough. Trust me."

"I don't doubt it. If you don't mind me asking, what can you do that is special, besides the two ponies inside of you obviously."
