No, I am not Jewish. I don't fully know, but I guess I am Christian (don't attend church).

The introductory part to the meal can take up to 4 hours without being drug out on purpose.  Something one not familiar with the Passover Seder is that they're about 5-10 minutes into the introductory part. 

 

2 hours wait is quite likely.

 

Comedy dictates that she leaves after Maror.  (which is the bitter herbs [often thinly sliced horseradish), mere moments before the meal.
