The Brazilian National Anthem is one that I find very beautiful, both in lyrics and in melody. The lyrics are quite difficult, though, it uses some fancy little known words together with an unusual (but still grammatically correct) sentence structures. Portuguese language teachers love making questions about it

My country's national anthem is God Save the Queen, but I dislike it. It about a person not the country. It should be Land of Hope and Glory.

Even if the anthem was about country, I pefer to listening to it with pride instead of singing it. Why should I sing to know that I pround of the country I'm in/from.

I don't really like the Canadian anthem but my favorite anthem is the Russian anthem and it's the same anthem as the USSR anthem but the words are different. I also really like the rock version of the Russian anthem.

The drinkinking song SSB was set to was "To Anacreon In Heaven". SSB makes me nervous unless a harmony group sounds beautiful doing it, I love hearing Little Big Town singing it.

I'm English/British so my country's national anthem is God Save The Queen, it's kind of a bit old fashioned but it's traditional and I find it ok, I wouldn't change it.  The best version of it is when it is sung by drunk football fans.

God Save the Queen is in my opinion a pretty decent anthem. After all, what has kept the britishmen united after all these years, the very personification of the kingdom's unity, is the Queen.

 

My country's anthem, unoriginally called the 'Himno Nacional Argentino' is, from my perspective, a beautifully concocted and articulated piece, paired with lyrics filled with the values of pride and a glorious life and death. I adore it.

I've known that the tune of the Star Spangled Banner (my country's national anthem) was originally the tune of a drinking song for quite some time now. Something that I'm surprised hasn't been mentioned yet is that My Country, Tis of Thee (not the national anthem but a patriotic song in the US) has the melody of the British national anthem, which I like more than the national anthem of my country. I do agree with what others are saying about the Star Spangled Banner though. Glad to see I'm not the only one who likes the Russian/Soviet national anthem. I actually planned on making a Starlight Glimmer pmv with the Soviet national anthem, but never got around to it.
