A small arena would be hilarious. X3 We could have some sort of obstacles or something that are like, good for small ponies. Like, hurdles to duck behind and under... I dunno.

 

But yeah, something cool and knightyness for two swaggy warriors.

Maybe it could be a foresty-like arena with a small stream splitting it in half. There could be a couple fallen, hollow logs that they can squeeze through and trees to hide around, too.
