Is that three letter thing a real thing, or created by someone? I can't tell if this guy is canon to something (animation/graphic novel), or is really someone's created character. Either way my opinion of this is he's totally fine. While very OPed, he is a villain. Villains aren't meant to be balanced. They're meant to be purposefully OPed to provide a challenge to heroes, then be killed, imprisoned, or reformed.

 

Or at least that's my personal opinion.

 

Aw dang, you don't know what the SCP Foundation is? They're a collection of amazing writers who have had everything from novels to video games made about their universe. I've literally read slightly over a thousand SCP articles, but in all honesty, after around SCP-800, they all blur together.

If you ever want me to post you'll give me my couple hours to sleep tonight. And people wonder between lack of sleep and living with mom why I have stress often. Sigh. I really want to post you guys, but I'm tired. It's fun to forum though.   When Sparky is on her back she gains flight. However, she cannot walk on clouds, is about half as maneuverable as having real wings, and is also half as fast as well. This is in comparison to the average winged race, Rainbow notwithstanding.
