Writing descriptive elements is a cakewalk for me, but writing characters, especially canon ones, takes a lot of time. I'm never quite sure if I have it right, or if i'm OOCing, so out of about 20-25 minutes per post, 80% of it is actually just wondering whether the character would say that or not.

 

For the record, Twilight is probably the easiest i've had to write so far, and I am absolutely dreading Pinkie Pie. There's a reason she ran off to get Twilight.

I see. Now with my experiences, it's easiest for me to do: Rarity (I know her VERY well. ) and Pinkie (a bouncing pink happy pony, too easy )

I'm exactly the same way Corona. Characters who's personalities I wrote myself are easier for me than ones I didn't write. I'm currently RPing Twilight in Hyp0's RP, and like 80% of my time is spent wondering if I'm doing her right. Also 5% converting to third person cause of GM insistence.

IT's NOT THAT HARD.

I can easily do RD (tomboy), Twi (Helpful nerd), Flutters (shy girl), AJ (tomboy #2), AND the CMC (talent obsessed kids with individual personalities). It's not that hard for me especially since I've wrote (and still writing) a fic with ALL the canon characters I've listed.

I honestly thought she used it as a friendly term. I've heard hersay 'darling' to the other mane 6 before.

You mostly seem to work on dialogue, with really small descriptive scenes. I feel the need to describe almost everything that happens in a scene, up to character movements if I can help it, though my dialogue is small and feels off sometimes. We're almost opposites.

Well it is to me dude.Exactly the same again, minus the music. I'm good at the second one, and also obsess over it. It's never a good idea to quote me before waiting at least 5 minutes. Usually if people quote me within that time the quote is outdated. Also I edit my RP posts for about a half hour after I put them down.

Don't obsess bro, just keep calm and write normal.

Should probably change that to hoof her cause he doesn't have hands, and we both know how that's going to go. Awesome confidence though.

How strong is he exactly and/ or what are his abilities? I think I could find you a good match.

He isn't really physically strong but he has very strong magic and has knowledge on most things so he is a little weaker then pre-Alicorn Twilight

You'll probably want to fight Sleight Mist, then, since she's around that level. She's good with barriers and water manipulation, among other things.
