general questions Embedding music in your profile?

Forgive me if this topic has already been touched upon. I didn't see it in the list.

 

Anyways, does anyone know how i can get music to autoplay on my profile page? I've already tried the "autoplay=1" thing and that doesn't work. I'm not sure if its possible, or if I have to use some app or something...

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

"autoplay=1" is an html tag. html is not enabled in the "about me" section of profiles, so that would not be possible. The general thought process behind not allowing autoplay is that some people can be in public places or have other audio playing which can cause general confusion and annoyance when something randomly starts playing.

 

By just embedding the video and not making it autoplay you give your profile visitor the choice of whether or not he or she would like to listen to it.
