request Inspector Gadget

Recently I've been nostalgia-diving on YouTube, watching that old cartoon, Inspector Gadget. You know the one. Famed detective with a bunch of nifty cybernetic implants, fights the evil Dr. Claw... Except the detective is actually an idiot and his kid niece and his dog play a big role in actually resolving the evil plots.

 

So I thought it'd be neat if someone could make a piece of art based on this. Doesn't have to be anything fancy; You could even use vectors to speed up the process. What I'm thinking of is this:

 

Princess Celestia wearing Inspector Gadget's hat in place of her crown, facing Kibitz (her royal scheduling advisor from the comics) and using Gadget's catchphrase of "Don't worry, Kibitz, I'm always on duty" while tossing the crumpled self-destructing message in Kibitz's general direction. (Running gag in the show. Chief Quimby would always give Gadget messages that would self-destruct in X amount of time, and after reading them Gadget would always end up tossing them back to the Chief or similar... Where they'd then self-destruct) Naturally Kibitz would look scared.

 

(Also, no hoof-tossing. Should be with her horn)

 

Some distance behind her, Cadence (I'd prefer Blueblood, but it seems Blueblood gets some hate) saying to Philomena "I'm worried, Philomena. You'd better follow Aunt Celestia and keep an eye on her." This should be young Cadence as seen in the Canterlot Wedding flashback scenes, of course. If you'd like to use Blueblood, you'll have to make a colt version of him (which is only a problem if you're using vectors, I guess).
