gaming Koji Igarashi's Castlevania successor: Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night

Koji Igarashi, Castlevania's producer before Lords of Shadows, released a teaser page where you choose between a sword or a whip for..... some reazon.

UPDATE 

The project has been revealed to be called Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, and as sucpected, it will be a spiritual successor to the metroidvanias. It has a kickstater page with a 500000$ goal, whose funds are almost three times as high with 31 days remaining at the time of this thread update  

 

I'm really happy about this, after dreading of what became of CV's fate we got this interesting premise. Evidently, there are similarities, like the buer enemy overthere, the main protagonists have influences of Shannoa and Albus, both from Order of Ecclesia, and the bad guy has influences of Dracula, Alucard and Soma, and we also got a demon summoning castle from hell. The only difference, is said castle showed up because of a crystal curse, which is interesting and ad a bit of originality instead of another vampiyah or dark lord screwing humanity

Maybe we choose what type of Castlevania we want, sword for metroidvania, and whip for classic

Seems to be a Castlevania. Good, as I started to miss the series

@@Steve Piranha, I don't know, lol. It let's you rechoose after like, 10 seconds, and you get different dialogue resposes according to what you choose.

Maybe they're hinting at the content? He keeps calling me Amy the Arcane, and apparently I'm part of Clan Iron Flail.

If Gebel turns out it's unwillingly evil, I'll scream "Gebel, respond!. Gebel? GEEEEEEEEEEEEBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEL". I wonder which other VA are going to work in the game?
