Sorry, I was just introducing the Flutterlings. They actually were heading for the castle. The main Flutterling cities aren't being attacked yet.

I wasn't expecting someone to follow and would have had the post be with Chrysteel bringing the small group over to the party. It wasn't ment to advance the story. It was just an introduction. If you wanted me to wait I can edit the posts to where Chrysteel doesn't mention them just yet.

On that subject, when'll we get told we're the elements?

Scarlett was born in the Equestrian wasteland from Fallout Equestria. Any new people that she meets, she tends to be wary of.

I am sorry if the collective auras hurt your character Scarlett. Chrysteel is designed as more of a support character then a warrior character. Her aura is her main way of casting her spells and affecting the most targets with said spells.

It didn't hurt so much as shock. Imagine you were looking to a light that was 20 feet away and hard to see, and suddenly it's less than 1 foot from your face. If you're not expecting it, it will hurt.

Ah sorry, I didn't give enough detail again. The light of the aura only goes to about 5 inches around its holder. The effects of the aura extend to the 30 to 60 foot range.

 

She wasn't assaulted by a light field aura. What she felt was the presence of the aura.

I will make sure I remember to give that information next time.

 

 

I also agree we should have (OOC) added to the Forgotten Harmony OOC topic.

You do realize that the light was just a metaphor to explain what Scarlett felt when you revealed the Aura.

Ah yes but I also didn't state how far out the light went. I only stated how far out the aura went. I also thought you got that light effect and the aura presence confused. It happens allot in the RPs I use Chrysteel's aura magic in.

The aura can feel heavier if the one affected by it isn't use to it. It can also be felt as heavy if the aura holder uses certain aura spells, like Mother's Furry.

 

The strength of the aura shows how powerful the user is with the aura. Its strength is also made known when the affected isn't expecting to meet one with a strong aura.

 

Think spiritual pressure from bleach, when thinking about how an aura affects a target. The only difference is this side effect doesn't harm allies.

Have you ever seen the spiritual pressures used by the captains and Ichigo?

That would be a way of describing the presence of an aura. However it doesn't make you faint when exposed to it unless your weak in a way and not expecting it.

The glow itself is just a way if telling which aura the user is currently using.

Pink = Mother's Love Aura

Silver = Valor's Hope Aura

Red = Furry Aura (most commonly associated with anger or rage)

Black = Fear Aura

The user's main aura, as you put it, is their life aura. And for Chrysteel, she has a mixed Silver and Pink Life Aura.

Hey Vinyl, I don't think teleportation should be able to go that far as to be at the castle.

 

For one thing, my villains would either have to already be there/are not even there yet, or are already causing chaos there. Like before, I've rarely had any comment time (only once) and you all comment on it so fast, I get like 5 or 6 message updates via e-mail at once (yesterday afternoon it got as far as 46 from either the ooc or the rp since I went out with my family for a few hours).

 

Another thing is that having two (or more) of the main characters of the rp already be there before the other's doesn't seem like it should be. Cuz like in the show, the mane six always stuck together. And they don't even know about their elements yet.

 

For another, that distance is too far. Teleportation takes a lot of practice, and even Twilight couldn't do that until she had the power of all four alicorn princesses (including herself). That's just too much power for one pony and seems a little too OP

Didn't plan for it to go to the castle. I meant to say partway. XD

 

I knew the idea of the entire way was stupid so I planned to do it in small jumps every time the dragon lands, but I appear to have mistyped it XD

XD Oh my gosh yes please! College is doing the same for me.

 

Isn't there a rule where if you're in an rp with more than 2 people, then you have to wait two replies after yours before you can comment again? Or is that just in the EqE.

 

I doubt it, because that rule was made by the admins so that everyone could get a chance to comment so that it wasn't just back and forth between two or three people.

 

If that isn't a rule in EvE, we should make it so for this rp. Since I've noticed the ones who have done most of the commenting is Vinyl and Midnight.
