Well there are a number of reasons of why this could be. One being that cutiemarks are all different and specific (unless show animators are lazy) to each other. Meaning they are of all different shapes and sizes.

 

​Another reason is the bigger or smaller your flank, the more or less room you have for your cutiemark. And as the biggest pony, my flank is just naturally bigger (And sexier if you ask me...) and thus my mark can be bigger than if I had the same anatomy as a common folk pony.

No I've never participated in any sort of competition, however I am thinking on making a royal appearance with Luna to participate in the Sister-hooves Social next year. I've also sent in an invitation for Candace to join in with her new sister, Twilight!

we have been visiting ponyville.

we are happy to report that there was nothing at hoof.

the only thing that we had to solve was one single changeling that escaped from the changeling observational center.

it had taken form of us and went to applejack. lucky she recognized it with his green eyes.

further more we have been socializing with other ponies from the village.

they seem to be in a constant happy state, at least that is from the looks of them on the streets

 

how is your recovery going?

is the headache gone? or something we can do to hasten the process?

not that we want to get rid of the place on the throne for now. but we do not like to see you suffer.

No, remember that a Unocorn/Alicorn's horn is made of bone. Bones take time to heal, and they do hurt quite a bit.

I am proud of you little sister! You are doing a wonderful job! Thank you for telling me of the situation on your own initiative! That shows a great deal of responsibility and reliability. And sadly unless you know any healing magic my headache and horn can't be helped. But if you could ask and see if some of Zecora's brews have arrived yet I would be most grateful!

Well there is magic that can numb the pain a bit. But there are no instant healing kind of magics that I've discovered. And I try to keep as much information on all magics and newly discovered magics as I kin. In both memory of Starswirl the Bearded, and to help anypony in distress...(Wait never mind that is what seaponies are for) who needs magical advice or help I mean.

 

Hopefully Zecora's alchemy skills may prove useful for my recovery.

Sorry, but I respectfully decline. I've never seen this gemstone before, and don't know it's powers like you seem to do. I would rather have it studied first before being used. It may have different effects or reactions on me just for being a different species.

 

I would rather let my horn grow back on it's own naturally. This would restore my horn's strength anew with no side effects.

I do not know of the spell needed for such recovery. Flesh is easier to treat with magic than bone. Epecially a magical bone like the horn of a Alicorn.

Yes, but Twilight isn't the kind of pony who takes time to learn new things. She learned from that mistake and grew into a better pony the next day. and no offence, but she is my faithful student. I trust her more than your friend who I've never met sorry.

That sounds very complicated to pull off. I am not sure there is even magic able to do that. The only recorded transforming creatures in Equestria are the Changelings. But their transformations aren't caused by magic. They can do it because that is what their "Racial" ability is.

 

This kind of magic would need to be discovered first, and then heavily practiced. Sorry.
