I apologize for the bad drawing, it was one of my first drawings... 

 

Fighting Strategy: He mostly does "mind tricks"  such as causing an enemy to flee, he is not physic, just very smart. He relies on having his opponent paralyzed in a mental break down.

Pros / Cons: He is good at avoiding damage and can keep his opponent immobilized with little effort. His combos are extremely easy to do. Despite this, he has many weaknesses, his attacks are extremely weak, he is slow, his wings do not work much at all, and he has very little defense.

Specials: No combo should include more than one direction, for instance he could have a combo of [right-strong] that would temporally stun the opponent. Another combo could be [down-down-attack] that would cause the enemy to flee (light attack would cause the enemy to to run toward you, medium attack would cause them to fun away, and strong attack will cause them to crouch).  You can come up with any combo as long as it only consists of one direction, and is not based on strength or flying.

Normal Moves: His light attack could be a weak punch (like he is trying but failing), his medium attack could be him doing a weak double karate chop, and his strong attack could be him doing a flying ninja kick (jump kick), his strong attack should do decent damage but be extremely slow.

Super Combo/Finisher: His "ultimate" combo would have a black hole appear inside the enemy's head because they are so confused, the combo could be [up-up-up-up-magic]. The black hole would last for 3 seconds and continuously stun them and drain their health.

Taunt: His taunt would have him wiggle his wing then cross his eyes.

Music / Stage / Story / Anything else: His stage could be a stargazing platform with a video game console on it. (optional)
