You could make a similar machine, but I doubt you could craft an actual TARDIS. Mainly because it's an actual living, omniscient being, and contains in itself the Time Vortex, wich contains the TARDIS, wich contains the Time Vortex, ecc.

I play quadruple dimensional chess with the TARDIS, drink tea, eat butter and spend my time in Ponyville under cover.

I wouldn't really need money, the TARDIS supplies me with everything I need, but Ditzy insisted I got a 'normal' (What a silly word) life, so now I'm an inventor in Ponyville who's known as Clockwork, and I repair things.

Ok i can take it of but it will hurt alot since i physically attached my nerves so i can use it fully and to answer your question to why i used a mechanical wing it's because i wanted to stand out

Any way i will need you to pull on my wing to get it off and dont hesitate when i start screaming in pain ok
