Banned because it is better than Lucario. It is so good it got removed for a generation. It has an assload of health and it uses that for it's own advantage. The move mirror coat and reversal does double damage compared to the points of health removed, and when someone does 200 points of damage, it does 400 in return, destroying the enemy. Then you use a cheap max potion.
