Banned because good, now you are focused on the task at hand I shall tell you about the Sha.

 

The Sha are essentially incarnations of negative emotions, being Doubt, Anger, Hatred, Violence, Despair, Fear and the seventh and most dangerous of all, Pride. To combat the Sha you must be able to cleanse yourself of such emotions entirely. Few have ever succeeded. Their mere presence causes you to feel the emotion more and more, plus they are physically very powerful also.

 

The battle against the Sha is also a battle against yourself.

Banned because I find it unlikely you faced a full Sha. Even just a fragment of a Sha is powerful, and extremely dangerous. One tiny fragment could corrupt an entire world.

Banned because right now, forgetting would be a really, really good idea. How much misery, pain, suffering is there? Right now, your past could be the thing that destroys you.
