How did you find MLP Forums?: I trolled the forums some back in 2011 when I was an anti-brony, and I don't remember exactly how I found it then.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: I was an anti-brony from June 2011 to December 2011 before realizing I wasn't going anywhere. Then after my friend became a brony sometime in mid-2012, I was dared to watch it, and let's just say I found out why people thought it was amazing.

Hi! My name is Magnus, and probably unlike most of you guys here, I'm from Alaska (United States people know what I'm talking about). I'm probably significantly younger than most bronies on here as well, as I'm only fourteen years old. I'm rather shy in real life however once you meet me, I don't shut up.   I enjoy playing video games such as Minecraft, Garry's Mod, and Team Fortress 2. I also enjoy going outdoors and cycling. I don't watch much TV at all so I have no favorite show. As a little kid I loved iCarly though. I like to joke around however some times my jokes are offensive because due to a condition I have, it's hard for me to tell what is "too far." I'm learning to code in Java and in Python, and as you probably can figure by that, I'm a real nerd. 

 

Here's my somewhat lengthy story about how I became a brony. You don't have to read it, but if you want to, you can:

I first found out what a brony was by visiting some "My Little Brony" page on a site called Cheezburger on June 16, 2011. I loved memes at the time and I wondered what that section was. Once I saw all the ponies, I thought this had to be a joke by the staff. So I took several screenshots and saved them (that's the only reason I remember that it was June 16, 2011. There was a timestamp in the corner). I sent them to my friends over Skype because I legitimately thought it was a joke. I ended up finding out that these were "bronies" or men that liked My Little Pony's fourth generation. I was immediately against them as my brain labeled them as "gay." I went around "trolling" bronies on things like IRC servers and game servers. I later realized that my "trolling" was really only turning me into their laughing stock. I stopped because I realized I would get nowhere with "getting rid of them." I had nothing to do with them until my best friend became a brony, and then one day on a dare, I picked dare and he dared me to watch 5 episodes. I did, and I became the thing I hated.

My favorite pony is Rainbow Dash not because I'm like her, it's really because I wished I was as confident and brave. I am more similar to Fluttershy because as I said before, I'm very shy.

I loved iCarly as well until it became too cheesy and silly for my taste.  I also sometimes make jokes that are seen as offensive to other people but I'm perfectly fine with them.  My WPM is like 80 or something but I'm always trying to spell everything correctly so that usually slows me down quite a bit
