request OC request

Hey guys, I'm SlyTroopa, I've been in the herd since mid 2012 (can't believe it's been 3 years already), but this is my first day on mlp forums. I was looking for someone to make my OC. I don't have a ton of ideas, however, I have always been a huge Sly Cooper fan (hence SlyTroopa), and I wanted to go off that theme. I am new to the new OC thing, so I'm going to leave it at that, and if anyone who understands the amount of info needed to make a good OC wants to chime in and have me answer a few questions to help in the creation process, I'm down with that.
