technical issue Multiple issues: Quote, Mention, pics

I am having issues with the quote and mention buttons. Whenever I click either one of them, it takes me down to the reply box, but it's blank. I am also having issues concerning copying and pasting images. I will copy a link from imgur, but when I paste it into he reply box, it's blank. I have been having these problems for a while now and nothing has changed. Please help.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If not what browser and what device?

I'm using internet explorer on my PC. Its been working like that for a while. I don't remember changing anything to make it go all wacky.

In the upper left corner of the reply box there's a little icon that is supposed to look like a paperclip. Click that to switch it to BBCode mode, and see if that helps.

 

If it does, there's a weird thing with IE and IP.Board that keeps tripping this error. There's been patches for it, but it keeps coming back.
